In this rapidly changing and highly competitive era,teenagers not only need reserve profound cultural knowledge,but also need practice strong psychological quality and learn self-regulation to better adapt to the society.Good psychological quality is important condition,which can help young students move towards success and the future.However,youth is petulant and impulsivein the period,on account of experience rarely training in life and psychology,which leadto lack the ability of frustration and poor psychological endurance.They become pessimistic and disappoint when encountering a little frustration,easy to go to extremes.In recent years,the startling messages about middle school students cannot bear a little bit of frustration and choosing to commit suicide are repeatedly reported.Therefore,the cultivation of teenagers' psychological quality,especially the cultivation of the frustration tolerance has become an important item in quality education.Sports gamecan develop students' non-intelligence factors,such as: training students' strong willpower,challenging the ability of difficulties and setb acks,cultivating their strong frustration tolerance and good psychological quality.This research employs the research methods of literature data method,experimental method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics and uses the adolescent mental resilience scale and coping style scale of middle school students as the experimental measurement tools and selecttwo classes as the subjectsfrom senior grade inShanxi normal university's experimental middle school.Through conducting sports games' inter vention to the experimental class's students,and measuring by using two high reliability and validity related scale,adopting the experimental design of measuring experimen tal class and comparative class before and after the experiment,combining the teaching experiment and questionnaire survey method to measurethe experimental class and comparative class's level of resilience and frustration coping.Through independent sample t-test and paired t test to explore the sports game intervention's influence on middle school students' coping styles and mental toughness,and learn that sports game intervention effects on middle school students' frustration tolerance.Research shows that:(1)Students' resilience is in the lowest level and should be further improved in experimental class and comparative class;students adopt the positive coping styles a little more when theyencounter setbacks or difficulties,the order of using six kinds of ways is the problem solving,retreat,patience,help,venting,illusion.(2)Through the sports games' intervention,the experimental class' s the factors of focus,emotional control,positive cognizeand interpersonal assist have significant difference,and the factor of family support having no significant difference in before and after the experiment;The total score ofresilience also have significant difference.This proves that the sports games' intervention has markedly improved middle school students' resilience,specifically reflect on the factors of focus,positive cognize,emotional con troland interpersonal assist.(3)Through the sports games' intervention,the experimental class' s the coping styles of problem solving,help,retreat and vent have significant d ifference,and the coping styles of illusion and tolerance having no significant difference between comparative class and experimental class.This proves that the sports games' intervention has markedly promoted middle school students' coping styles,specifically reflect on the dimensions of problem solving,help,retreat and vent.(4)Comprehen sive analyzing the influence of sports games' intervention on the two scale test indexes,it is concluded that the sports games' intervention can effectively improve students' frustration tolerance.
