In recent years, the ability of primary school students to deal with setbacks has increasingly aroused widespread concern in the society. The ability of pupils to resist setbacks directly affects their future study and life. When setbacks come, whether pupils can effectively deal with them has a great impact on their current handling of events and their future development. In this study, the resilience scale of adolescents and the coping style scale of adolescents were adopted to understand the resilience and coping style of primary school students and the relationship between them.According to the measured results, coping style was set as the theme of group counseling activities.A total of 526 questionnaires were distributed during the pre-test,and 526 questionnaires were effectively collected.According to the measurement results, the experimental group of 24 people was selected for 11 times of group counseling intervention, and 24 people with the same quality were selected as the control group without any intervention, and then the effectiveness of group counseling intervention was evaluated. The results show that:(1)pupils' anti-frustration ability and all dimensions are above average on the whole; In terms of gender variables, there are significant differences in emotional control and positive cognition between primary school students, and male students are higher than female students. There were significant differences in grade variables in the dimension of positive cognition, and grade 6 was higher than grade 5.The only child has a significant difference in the dimension of target concentration, and the only child is higher than the non-only child, and there is no difference in other dimensions. The anti-frustration ability of primary school students has little relationship with their father's education level, but it has a great relationship with their mother's education level.Among them, there are significant differences in goal concentration, positive cognition and total and average scores. In general, the anti-frustration ability of primary school students whose mother's education is postgraduate or above is significantly higher than that of students with other educational backgrounds.(2)the coping styles of primary school students are above the average level in coping with problems and below the average level in coping with emotions, indicating that they have better coping styles. In terms of gender variables, the coping styles of primary school students are significantly different, and boys are higher than girls. There were also significant differences in grade variables, with sixth graders outperforming fifth graders. There are significant differences in the dimension of problem solving and coping with problems, and the only child is higher than the non-only child.(3)the total score of coping style and anti-frustration ability of primary school students is significantly correlated with each dimension, and coping style can significantly predict anti-frustration ability.(4)this study designed and implemented a group counseling program with coping style as the theme, which has a good effect on improving students' anti-frustration ability.
