The relations between China and the Philippines have a long history. In recent years, although the relations between the two countries have fluctuated, but still gradually developed. Especially after the visit of the President of the Philippines in November 2016,the two countries exchanged views in various fields are more in-depth, Chinese cultural exchanges is also further. However, with the development and popularization in Chinese,some problem in certain aspects has gradually emerged and under studied, the Chinese pronunciation is one of the problems. The problem of pronunciation errors in Filipino Chinese students in Cebu area is an important part of the problem of error, and it is obviously investigative and research.The results of this paper are based on the author's data obtained from the Chinese students' pronunciation error data obtained during the teaching process in Cebu, and the author has obtained the questionnaire to carry out the investigation. The author had choose 14 Filipino -Chinese students to carry out the questionnaire voice recording as a survey sample, also issue the questionnaire to the volunteer Chinese teacher who work in Cebu.Finally got the data of the Filipino-Chinese primary/middle school students' Chinese pronunciation errors from the record questionnaire and teacher's questionnaire.The full text is divided into five parts, through the acquisition of Filipino-Chinese students'record samples of the error analysis to put forward the corresponding teaching strategies.The first chapter is the introduction, introduced the reason and significance of the topic, the current situation of the Chinese teaching in the Philippines, the research status of the Philippine pronunciation error and the comparative analysis theory, the error analysis theory and the interlanguage theory as the theoretical basis of this paper. The second chapter discusses the results of the pronunciation errors of the Filipino-Chinese student, and analyzes the errors and the results of the consonants, vowels, tones and special phonetic phenomena. The third chapter is the combination of theory and practice to discuss the reasons for the emergence of these errors. The fourth chapter discusses the teaching principles of Chinese phonetics teaching, teaching skills, the author put forward a targeted teaching strategies combined with the actual teaching experience,and provide a reference for Chinese language teaching in the Philippines . The last chapter summarizes the paper and puts forward the shortcomings of this paper.
