With the continuous development of information technology and mobile communication technology, the ubiquitous learning under the support of technology has gradually become a new way of learning.Ubiquitous learning mainly for learners to use the device anywhere to learn, which could make the people to meet the individual learning needs.The combination of context awareness and mobile technology produces mobile context awareness, the main task is to identify the situations and perceive the situation to meet the user's individual needs during more and more people of all ages. In the research, we find that there are some shortcomings in the study of informal curriculum through the use of context-aware technology from the ubiquitous instructional design model to the representation method of situational awareness and the practical application. Students can use the application software and personal PC to search, edit and share resources. Different from the traditional way of learning lies on the technical support of context-aware ubiquitous model,the learners have a huge library of information resources.This paper studies the current research direction of the subject and designs a teaching model in ubiquitous learning. We mainly selected the'Tea Table Design Course for Junior Middle School Students' and the'Outdoors Exploration Activity Course' to verify the advantages and disadvantages of the learning model supported by the context awareness.Finally, we analyzed the data from the experiment, which proved that the collaborative flooding supported by the situational awareness technology has a good effect in the collaborative inquiry course. And in the further comparison of the cooperative group and the individual group, we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages from the cognitive load and the learning attitude respectively. The result shows that the teaching mode supported by the context-aware technology can better support the cooperative learning. At the end of the paper, in order to make the model combined with the continuous development of information technology better, we made a kind of teaching model representation based on XML semantic encapsulation, which provides a better adaptability and expansibility for the future application of learning model.
