Study On The Students' Entrepreneurship Education Of Sport Majors In Jishou University

Entrepreneurship is a strong driver to enhance the economic strength of a country and a main force.It is the most dynamic economic development model.At present,there are many problems in the professional talents of physical education in universities in our country,such as their norrow knowledge,weak professionalism and low comprehensive quality.They even face to the danger of being out of touch with society.This thesis is based on sports professional students in Jishou University to make an investigation of entrepreneurship education,and do further analysis of,the implementation of entrepreneurship education situation to provide a theoretical support for entrepreneurship education of college students in China,which can be used for reference in the implementation process.This study adopts literature reading statistics method.It takes Jishou questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,taking Jishou University sports professional undergraduate entrepreneurship education for college students as the research object,and uses stratified cluster random sampling method to extract the 2013 undergraduate college students in the Physical Education College of Jishou University,and some teachers and staff as the research object.According to these the problems are discussed in detail.The results are as follows:The analysis of current situation of entrepreneurship education in Jishou University showed that due to the traditional sports professional graduates,employment is relatively single.At the same time,pay more attention to the competitive level will lead to ignore the necessary employment knowledge learning and social practice.It also affects most professional sports college students to learn and understand the entrepreneurship knowledge.Our understanding of entrepreneurship are mostly from the people around,the school education exposes this weakness.In addition,in recent years,with the popularization of higher education,sports professional students in employment difficulties.Most of the students want to choose the road of entrepreneurship,but they have no relevant experience,and their business goals is not clear,which will lead to failure.Therefore,students are in urgent need of systematic scientific theory teaching and social practice to help them enter the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial practice activities in the sports colleges and the related two levels.In addition,the results show that sports professional students' entrepreneurial enthusiasm,they eager to obtain more knowledge in venture capital support,policy of entrepreneurship students,expert consultation and guidance,entrepreneurial team,successful experience,business process,cost control and financial management,business venture,entrepreneurial opportunities the balance and control,the professional market,at the same time,the students hope to carry out rich and colorful teaching methods,such as entrepreneurial knowledge in professional teaching,to set up a series of entrepreneurship courses,carried out in order to improve the innovation ability of the extracurricular activities,to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and the ability of their own.The analysis of the current probiems of entrepreneurship education in school found that students have insufficient understanding of business,policy and financial support is not enough,teachers need to be strengthened,the curriculum is not perfect,the lack of entrepreneurship platform is the main problem restricting the development of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activities.The entrepreneurship education should be aware of its problems,we should make a close connection between university education and scientific research and industry development,Realizing the integration of research to provide better education and services for college students.In order to further improve the above problems,this study gives some suggestions: improving the entrepreneurship education curriculum standards;increase practice teaching opportunities,strengthen entrepreneurial practice;the introduction of professional teachers,improve teaching ability;strengthen entrepreneurial guidance,enhance entrepreneurial atmosphere;build students' entrepreneurial activities platform.By providing tailored entrepreneurship education system for sports professional students and in order to improve the confidence of entrepreneurs and the success rate.
