The new curriculum standards have different orientations for writing at different stages.The first paragraph is "writing word",the second paragraph into the "practice writing" stage.For a long time,Practice writing teaching has always been a difficult problem in Chinese teaching.The primary school language teaching materials of Beijing Normal University Edition has quite distinctive in the content of difficulty,writing style,presentation.Teachers and students feedback mixed in the use of teaching material.This article is based on the perspective of activity theory,This paper makes a detailed study on the current situation of the using of teaching materials of primary school language in Beijing Normal University Edition.In this paper,after the text analysis of the second part of the second edition of the primary school teaching material,investigates the current situation of the use of teaching materials in Quanzhou area.And based on the perspective of activity theory — — how the object,the intermediary,the rules,the community,the division of labor to affect the teacher’s use of the teaching materials.And finally come to the use of teaching materials in the problems and the corresponding solution.In the aspect of object,there are some issuse about the difficulty of teaching materials content is too large,the teaching material sequence to be strengthened,teaching materials.In the aspect of mediation,there is a high degree of the use of the new curriculum standards is not high,the degree of excavation of other curriculum resources is not deep,the importance of the teaching of teaching knowledge is not high and so on;In the aspect of rules,there are few teaching and research activities,the form of more traditional,lower level of content and other issues.In the aspect of labor,there are professionals do not play a "leader" role,the school’s "executive" role is difficult to play teaching and research autonomy,teachers difficult to play the main role of teaching and research activities and other issues.For the above problems,the author made the relevant recommendations.The object should be based on the characteristics of students to organize the contents of the study,should pay attention to the content of the content of the teaching materials,should pay attention to the guidance of teaching materials;teachers should also focus on the curriculum standards,other language courses and teaching related knowledge and other intermediary learning and The author puts forward some suggestions on how to increase the number of teaching and research activities,enrich the form of teaching and research activities,improve the level of teaching and research activities,etc.;put forward the professional leadership to strengthen the teaching and research activities,reduce the school administration to teaching and research The intervention of the activities,the mobilization of teachers’ research needs and so on;put forward the "division" role of the division of labor to the professional division of labor,the "leading" role of the school and the teacher’s "subject".
