The differences in junior school student's physical and mental development characteristics, background of growth, intelligence level, learning style and learning basis cause the differences in their development of ideology and morality. Therefore, the student's characteristics must be based to advocate differentiated teaching that in accordance with individual's demands, and then the maximum development of each student can be achieved. The application of differentiated teaching is more than Multiple Intelligence Theory,in that case, the discussion of differential teaching from the perspective of Multiple Intelligence Theory has a significant value. It can both be helpful in the construction of new student value and multi-evaluative perspective and the changes of teacher's role. However, limited by the restriction of teachers' subjective and objective factors, institutional constraints and traditional culture of quick success and instant benefit, the practice of the differentiated teaching in morality and law classes of junior school exist problems like lack of literacy, rigid pattern and little success. In this regard, only by setting up correct differentiated teaching;focusing on differences among class teaching, guidance training and extracurricular activities;footing on the difference evaluation from the perspective of multiple intelligences theory can the effectiveness of moral education be promoted, and then the students can really absorb knowledge, keep them in mind, know the significance of morality and put them into practice, and the fundamental task of education, high moral values establishment and people cultivation, can be realized as the consequence.
