Reading teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in primary school in our country,it is not only an important way to improve students’ Chinese accomplishment,but also to cultivate good reading habits and healthy aesthetic taste,promote students to form the correct values.Reading is an important way for people to obtain information and knowledge,reading ability is an important manifestation of a person’s learning ability and knowledge reserves.Especially in the twenty-first Century information explosion today,a large number of data and information all around us all the time,affecting our lives,learning and thinking.Therefore,only to break through the traditional way of imparting knowledge,pay more attention to the development of students’ comprehension of textual information,analysis and reading ability,so that students can better adapt to the social demand for talents and challenges.However,with the promulgation of the new curriculum reform,there are still many unavoidable problems in the teaching of Chinese reading in primary schools.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of reading teaching,and how to optimize the teaching strategy of reading has become a problem which should be solved by Chinese teachers in primary school.This article starts with the present situation of Chinese Reading Teaching in primary schools,to find the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese reading in primary schools,and tries to put forward some effective strategies to improve and optimize the reading teaching in primary schools.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly combs the literature about primary school reading teaching at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts.In the second part,based on the investigation of the present situation of Chinese Reading Teaching in primary schools,the author makes a survey and analysis of teachers’ classroom observation records,interviews with teachers and students.The third part is mainly through the classroom observation records,interviews and data analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey to explore the primary school Chinese reading teaching problems and causes.Mainly include: fit enough idea of teachers’ teaching ideas and new curriculum reform;teachers’ reading teaching goal is formal;students’ reading habit,reading method is single;teachers’ reading teaching content generalization,students’ reading accumulated less;teachers ignored the students,students’ reading enthusiasm;classroom design too many problems the lack of contact.Other issues.The fourth part is the key part of this article,based on the collation and analysis of the causes of primary school Chinese reading teaching problems and problems behind,put forward the corresponding improvement and optimization strategy.If the teachers should update teaching concept;clear teaching objectives,enhance the effectiveness of the target;teachers should intensive reading textbooks,study the meaning between the lines;cultivating students’ reading habit;reading way,cultivate students’ interest in reading,design to meet the requirements,pay attention to the problem of the relationship between the countermeasures.Through literature,interviews,questionnaires and classroom observation method,to find the existing problems in the classroom teaching of primary school Chinese reading,and tries to put forward the strategies and methods of optimization and improvement of primary school Chinese reading teaching.
