Emphasis on reading,do a good job of teaching reading,follow the ancients golden teachings;the basic requirements for the state of language teaching;is an important method of language teaching must be consistent.Although the primary language reading instruction in the lower section of the "read" more and more attention,but in the teaching practice there are some problems.This paper consists of three parts:the first part(introduction)mainly study the origin,literature review,research ideas and methods will be explained.Part II:This part of the body part,mainly showing the status and analysis section of the lower primary language reading teaching.This is divided into two areas:a primary language reading section of the effectiveness of low standards of teaching;Second,the lower primary language reading instruction segment Investigation and Analysis.Investigation into the case overview,survey content and results are presented and the status of analysis.Investigation into the case overview,survey content and results are presented and the status of analysis.Situation analysis section which is based internship opportunities,according to research need to adopt survey questionnaire and survey research,the status quo of Chinese reading teaching lower primary segment is summarized in five areas:reading is not clear teaching objectives,teaching methods and timing of reading inappropriate,lack of reading instruction method,read and evaluate the content is not specific on reading and fewer extracurricular activities.The third part is based on the second part of the primary school language reading teaching low stage the problems put forward specific measures,inculding prepare the whole reading according to the law,select the way according to the text,master method to practice guidance,multiple evaluation according to the difference and extra curricular development to extend reading.
