Study On Medical Student's Positive Psychological Quality Cognition And As Well As Influencing Factors

Objective: By investigating the positive psychological cognition of medical students in Anhui province,this study describes the basic characteristics of medical students' positive psychological cognition and analyzes their influencing factors.According to the research results,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions to cultivate the positive psychological cognition of medical students,and provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for positive mental health education.Methods: Three medical colleges in Anhui Province were selected by stratified cluster sampling.Two classes were randomly selected from 1-4 grades according to the school,professional and grade.Each class selected all students in group.we selected 1925 medical students together.The questionnaire includes general demographic information and the questionnaire on the importance of the positive psychological quality of college students.Using SPSS18.0 to describe the continuity variables.The t-test and variance analysis were used to analyze the single variables,putting the meaningful variables into multiple linear regression.Results: 1.The positive cognitive score of medical students was 4.41 ± 0.40.The courage dimension cognition was the best and the self-management ability dimension was the worst.2.Specific items,the top five scores on the positive psychological quality of students are credit,gratitude,effort,positive personal mentality and self-control,the last five scores are proud,revelry,gifted,curiosity and humor.3.The results of stepwise multiple regression showed that the main influencing factors of positive psychological cognition were gender,hobby,physical condition,number of good friends and character.4.The results of stepwise multiple regression showed that among the worst five specific qualities of medical students' cognition,the main influencing factors of pride were grade,part-time,hobby;the main influencing factors of revelry were grade,character,hobbies,participation in sports;The main influencing factors of humor are the character and hobbies.Conclusion: 1.On the whole,the medical students positive psychological quality of awareness is better.The cognition of integrity dimension is the best and the cognition of self-management ability is the worst.2.Scored the lowest after 5 items of medical student's psychological quality are the pride,revelry,gifted,curiosity and humor.3.Gender,hobbies,physical health,the number of good friends and character have different degrees of impact on Positive Psychological quality Cognition.
