| Positive psychological quality is an important goal of mental health education.Most of the existing studies pay attention to the status quo of the positive psychological quality of primary and middle school students and college students in the nine-year compulsory stage,and pay less attention to the positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students.Therefore,this study focuses on the shaping of positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students,and investigates the status quo of positive psychological quality of students in a secondary vocational school in Tangshan city,Hebei Province.On this basis,considering the operability,the five weak positive psychological quality with the lowest score of secondary vocational students are selected for specific training.From the perspective of positive psychology,the mental health education course is designed to effectively improve the positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students,and its effectiveness is verified through practical operation,so as to provide support for secondary vocational schools to explore the positive mental health education courses suitable for secondary vocational students in the future.The students from a secondary vocational school in Tangshan city,Hebei Province were taken as the research object,and the Positive Psychological Quality Scale of Chinese Primary and Secondary School Students was measured by Professor Meng Wanjin.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 482 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS26.0 was used to conduct independent sample T-test and one-way variance analysis on the recovered data,and design and implement five mental health education courses that effectively improve the weak positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students.The following results were obtained:1.The positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students belongs to the above average level(the mean is greater than 3).However,he scored the lowest in the five positive psychological qualities of leadership,friendliness,thinking,tolerance and creativity.2.There are significant differences among students of different genders,such as creativity,creativity,persistence,love,friendliness,cooperation,tolerance,weight,heart touch,faith and hope(P <0.05).In terms of creativity,boys are significantly higher than girls,and girls are significantly higher than boys in thinking,persistence,friendliness,heart touch,faith and hope.3.Students of different grades have significant differences in terms of knowledge seeking,insight,love,friendship,cooperation,tolerance,heart,touch,faith and hope(P <0.05),and students in grade three are higher than students in grade two and grade one.4.There are significant differences in sincerity and persistence among students in different classes(P <0.05),and the students in the entrance class are higher than those in the employment class.5.Students are significantly different in love,friendliness,leadership,modesty,belief and hope(P <0.05).The only child is higher than the non-only child in leadership,and the non-only child is higher than the only child in love,friendliness,modesty,faith and hope.6.Students in different families have significant differences in knowledge seeking,persistence,love,leadership,cooperation,heart touch,faith and hope(P <0.05).Students from rural areas are higher than urban students in knowledge seeking,love,leadership,cooperation,heart touch,faith and hope.7.From the perspective of positive psychology,the designed and implemented mental health education courses significantly improved the four weak positive psychological qualities of secondary vocational students,namely leadership,friendliness,thinking and tolerance,but the improvement of creativity was not significant.Conclusion: The results show that the positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students is above the middle,and there are significant differences in demographic variables;From the perspective of positive psychology,the mental health education curriculum can improve the positive psychological quality of secondary vocational students.In summary,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen the positive psychological advantages of students,focus on improving the weak quality of students;adjust the setting of psychological curriculum,improve the positive psychological quality;play the incentive role of peers,enhance students’ activity experience;strengthen the building of active secondary vocational teachers,and guide students to build positive psychology. |
