| Positive education is an education that teaches traditional skills and delivers happiness.Schools are the main front for implementing positive education.The main way to implement positive education is the positive psychological education curriculum.At present,there is still no national curriculum for mental health education in China’s schools,and there is little research on the curriculum of positive mental health education.In addition,the physical and mental health development of junior high school students in China is urgent and necessary for the curriculum of positive mental health education.This study discusses the construction of the curriculum of positive mental health education for junior high school students from the perspective of school-based curriculum of school mental health education,based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of junior high school students,Using the positive psychology theory and positive education practice experience at home and abroad for reference,carry out the curriculum design,development,implementation and evaluation of positive psychology education for junior high school students,and select schools for experiments,hoping to provide empirical evidence for the deepening development of school mental health education.Research 1: Curriculum design of positive psychological education for junior high school students.Based on PERMA’s happiness theory,according to the physical and mental development characteristics of junior high school students in China and the activity characteristics of psychological courses,the overall design of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods and curriculum evaluation is carried out.The overall goal of the course of positive psychological education for junior high school students is to explore the students’ positive psychological potential,give full play to their positive psychological advantages,cultivate their positive psychological quality,improve their positive psychological experience,promote their harmonious and sustainable development,and lay the foundation for their healthy growth and happy life.The course content structure includes six topics: positive self,positive emotion,positive relationship,positive input,positive achievement and positive significance.Under each topic,there are three teaching topics,which follow the principle of "from shallow to deep" and "spiral up".The junior high school cycle once every three years,but the three teaching topics of different grades are relatively independent,reflecting the progressive relationship from shallow to deep,from perception to experience,and then to action.Research 2: curriculum development of positive psychological education for junior high school students.After the course design is completed,the development of its course teaching objectives and the organization of teaching content should be clarified,and the activity plan should be developed for the six major topics and 18 teaching topics of the seventh grade course,including teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching process,cognitive homework and other research content.The teaching process includes four links: warm-up activities,theme navigation,experience and exploration,summary and reflection.Research 3: Implementation and evaluation of the positive psychological education curriculum for junior high school students.For the seventh grade curriculum developed by the three schools in G City,X County and D Town,2(group: intervention group/control group)× 3(Measurement time: pretest/middle test/post test)mixed experimental design,to verify the role of the teaching of positive psychological education course for junior high school students on their mental health level,positive psychological quality and learning self-efficacy.The experimental results showed that after the implementation of teaching intervention(middle test,post test),the psychological health level,positive psychological quality,and learning self-efficacy of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the psychological health level,positive psychological quality,and learning self-efficacy level of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group before the intervention,and the three measurement scores of the control group were basically at the same level.Conclusion: The course of positive psychological education for junior high school students can significantly improve students’ mental health level,shape students’ positive psychological quality,and enhance students’ learning self-efficacy. |
