| Under the Seligeman and others people strongly advocated,positive psychology began to walk into people’s horizons.Positive Psychological quality is the second largest content in the research of positive psychology.Its research for psychology provides a new perspective and direction,to our psychological health education goals from the past disease cure mode from the development of students’ positive energy and potential.Born as part of the education system of technical secondary school,has its particularity,behavior problems,mental problems are particularly acute.Students need more attention than others.Positive psychology quality confirmed by the researchers,it can help prevent and against mental illness,can help individuals gain more emotional experience.So in this paper,its positive psychological quality training,to the secondary vocational student’s psychological problems positive prevention is of great significance.The article mainly consists of five parts.The first part mainly through literature analysis,the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed,in view of the secondary vocational student,positive education,positive psychological quality has carried on the definition,combed the positive psychological quality research status both at home and abroad,and raises a concern for the secondary vocational student’s positive psychological quality.In the second part mainly discusses the secondary positive psychological quality training on theory of dimension analysis,dimension analysis,practical dimension analysis,highlights the secondary vocational student’s implementation of positive psychological quality training feasibility and necessity.The third part mainly adopts questionnaire survey,four secondary vocational school students in Hunan province for positive psychological quality questionnaire survey,using SPSS software has carried on the processing and analysis to the results.The results showed that the four secondary vocational schools in Hunan province quality development of students’ positive mentality is good,compared with the national norm of high school students,secondary vocational exist certain differences,on the demographic variables(between different schools,different gender,between different grades,different classes,whether or not the only)significant differences such as;There was a significant positive correlation between the students’ peer relationship,academic performance grade,the attention of the teachers,the attention of the parents,and whether there was a mental health education.Fourth part in view of the four secondary vocational schools positive psychological quality present situation,combining with related theory,put forward specific secondary positive psychological quality training concept,focus on secondary way to cultivate positive psychological quality,to broaden the secondary vocational student’s positive psychological quality training countermeasures of external systems. |
