Students' Positive Psychological Quality Of The Training, From The Perspective Of Positive Psychology

The psychological health education of college students, as one of the important aspects of higher education, has been receiving considerable attention in all respects. It is an important mission for the colleges and universities to cultivate the mental health of the college students, and make them form good psychological quality. Positive psychology puts more emphasis on the human potential and the positive power of ourselves, regards the cultivation of positive psychological quality as their mission. It provides reference for the psychological health education of the college students, it will be of great significance for cultivation of positive psychological quality, the capacity of overcome the difficulties and cope with the frustration, prompting the health and development of the college students.The thesis contains three parts. The first part describes the main adverse psychological quality of the college students, then defines the concept of the positive psychological quality, and points out the importance of cultivation of the positive psychological quality of college students. The second part illustrates the bases of cultivating the positive psychological quality of college students from two aspects: one is the theory of positive psychology, the other one is positive factors of human being. The third part discusses the ways to cultivate the positive psychological quality of college students, which including establishment of the positive cognitive schema, the formation of positive emotional quality, the establishment of stable social support and the encouragement of the college students'positive behavior changes.
