With the rapid development of China's political economy,at present,Thailand,South Korea,Vietnam and other countries set off a craze to learn Chinese.In this context,more and more teachers of Chinese as a second language go abroad and go to many countries in the world to carry out Chinese teaching.In the process of teaching,teachers find that learning motivation plays a very important role as a psychological phenomenon.To a certain extent,learning motivation can lead to learners' learning activities.As a teacher of Chinese as a second language,mastering theory and knowledge about the learning motivation can be more specific about the learning needs of students and psychological activities,so as to effectively stimulate students interest in learning,improve teaching efficiency.It can be seen that in the process of second language learning,the theory of learning motivation is very important.Therefore,the author takes the learning motivation as the core,launches the related research.In addition,because of the special teaching mode adopted in Korean Chinese teaching project,the two person cooperative teaching mode is adopted in the teaching process.In this context,through the five chapters of the paper on the theory of learning motivation,the author launched a specific study and analysis.The first chapter is an introduction.In this part,the author introduces the reason of choosing the topic at first.Then the paper introduces the significance of the research from the following two aspects:the importance of learning motivation and the value of the topic.In addition,this paper introduces the literature review and the research methods of motivation theory.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the research on learning motivation.In this part,first of all,this paper introduces the relevant theories of foreign countries.Then the definition and classification of learning motivation are explained and defined by the combination of the theoretical content of the different students,and on this basis,this paper introduces the types of motivation.The third chapter is a combination of the specific survey data,the combination of theory and practice of Korean Gyeonggi international trade high school students'learning motivation types in the research analysis.In this part,starting from the research design,it explains that the author conducted a questionnaire survey and the aim and design of the relevant interview survey.Then the author analyzes and processes the data on the use of professional statistical software.Thus,this paper analyzes the types of learning motivation.On this basis,the paper lists the different factors that affect the learning motivation.Finally,from the two aspects of teachers and teaching,it explores the impact of collaborative teaching model on learning motivation.The fourth chapter is the study of the relationship between Korean Gyeonggi international trade high school students' Chinese learning motivation and achievement.In this part,according to the school that Korean Gyeonggi international trade high school,the overall learning Chinese learning achievement is introduced,and then the influence of different types of motivation in a certain extent on the learning achievement is analyzed.The fifth chapter is the study about Korean Gyeonggi international trade high school's students who some specific problems in the process of learning Chinese and the strategy of learning motivation.Through the investigation the author found that,in the specific process of learning,the learning motivation of learners will weaken,learners will not be satisfied with the textbooks,the teaching time and the distribution of students will fail to balance in the classroom,the students have few chances to speak.In order to solve these problems,the author analyzes the specific problems,so as to find an effective strategy to stimulate learning motivation.Through the teaching practice in the teaching experience and the survey data processed and analyzed,on the one hand,we can see that,in Korean Gyeonggi international trade high school students,the learning motivation is different,in generally,it can be divided into seven types:integrative motivation,instrumental motivation,close range motivation,long-range motivation,passive motivation,communicative motivation and achievement motivation.Because Korean Gyeonggi international trade high school belongs to a commercial school,so the school properties indirectly affect the learner's learning motivation.Among them,the instrumental motivation,passive motivation and achievement motivation of students are larger.On the other hand,Korean cooperative teaching mode,will have a corresponding impact on the leaner's motivation.In the specific teaching work,the students like this teaching mode,and many students are affected by this teaching mode,thus improving their own interest in learning Chinese.So it tells us that as a teacher of Chinese as a second language,it is not enough to master the class teaching skills in the specific teaching process.It should also be multiaspect and multiangles to consider and understand between learners of different psychological needs,combine with the actual situation on the basis of the theory,according to the specific problems in the process of learning Chinese,find a targeted strategy to stimulate learner motivation.Therefore,the author of the second language learning process as a research direction is of value.
