Objective:The research was done by collecting the data of BMD,body composition and blood biochemical indexes of university teachers,and investigated the physical exercise and dietary structure of the subjects,and analyzed the survey results and data.Discussed the effects of physical exercise and dietary structure for BMD,body composition and blood biochemical indexes,for providing the relevant theoretical basis that physical exercise and dietary structure improve health.Methods:The questionnaire on physical exercise and dietary structure was sent to 490 in-service university teachers from October 2015 to November,used the Korean GAIA KIKO,the American Achilles series calcaneus BMD tester and the CS600B automatic biochemical analysis instrument of China Dirui Corp.for collecting the data of body composition,BMD and blood biochemical indexes,used Spss 22.0 for data analysis and used Origin 9 for drawing.Results:1.The BMD value of regular exercise group was larger than sedentary group,it has significant influence on the age between 21 to 49 of female teachers(P<0.05)and also has a highly significant influence on female teachers over 50 years old(P<0.01).Regular exercise has significant influence on the age between 21 to 29 of male teachers in BMD(P<0.05)and also has a highly significant influence on male teachers over 30 years old(P<0.01).2.Regular exercise can significantly reduce the value of BF,WHR,BMI,but it has no significant influence on Weight,LM,LBM.Regular exercise has significant influence on the age between 30 to 39 of female teachers in WHR(P<0.05),has a highly significant influence on the age between 30 to 49 of female teachers in BF,BMI(P<0.01),has a highly significant influence on the age between 40 to 49 of female teachers in WHR(P<0.01),and also has significant influence on female teachers over 50 years old in BF,WHR,BMI(P<0.05).Regular exercise has a highly significant influence on the age between 30 to 39 of male teachers in BF,WHR,BMI(P<0.01),and also has significant influence on male teachers over 40 years old in BF,WHR,BMI(P<0.05).3.Regular exercise will make GLU,TC,TG decrease and ALT,BUN,CREA increase of male and female teachers,it has significant influence on GLU,TG of female teachers over 50 years old and CREA of male and female teachers over the age of 40(P<0.05).Other blood biochemical indexes of other age groups has no significant influence.4.Long time of meat diet and vegetarian diet will decrease BMD.Vegetarian diet not only has significant influence on BMD of female teachers aged between 40 to 49,but also has the same influence on male teachers aged between 21 to 29 and over the age of 50(P<0.05).Vegetarian diet has a highly significant influence on BMD of male teachers aged between 30 to 49(P<0.01).Meat diet has significant influence on BMD of male and female teachers aged between 30 to 49(P<0.05).5.Meat diet and vegetarian diet easy to cause BF accumulation,vegetarian diet not only has significant influence on BF of female teachers over the age of 50,but also has the same influence on male teachers over the age of 40(P<0.05).Meat diet has significant influence on BF of male teachers as well as female teachers over the age of 30(P<0.05).6.Vegetarian diet can decrease TC,TG,GLU,CREA,meat diet is the opposite.Vegetarian diet not only has significant influence on CREA of all ages and TC over the age of 30 of male teachers,but also has the same influence on TC of female teachers over the age of 40(P<0.05).Meat diet not only has significant influence on TC of male teachers aged between 21 to 49,TG of male teachers over the age of 40,CREA of male teachers over the age of 50,but also has the same influence on TC of female teachers over the age of 30,TG,CREA of female teachers over the age of 50(P<0.05).Meat diet has a highly significant influence on TC of male teachers over the age of 50(P<0.01).Conclusions1.Regular exercise can effectively improve BMD of male and female teachers over the age of 50,it has the greatest impact on BF,BMI of male teachers aged between 30 to 39 and female teachers aged between 30 to 49,it can effectively improve GLU,TG,CREA of female teachers over the age of 50 and CREA of male and female teachers over the age of 40.2.Vegetarian diet is most easily to cause BMD of male and female teachers aged between 40 to 49 to decrease and BF accumulation of male and female teachers over the age of 50,it can effectively reduce GLU,TC,TG of female teachers over 50 years old and GLU,TG of male teachers over the age of 50 and TC of male teachers over 40 years old.3.Meat diet is most easily to cause BMD of male and female teachers aged between 30 to 39 to decrease and BF accumulation of male and female teachers over the age of 30,it can significantly increase GLU,TC,TG of female teachers over 40 years old and GLU,TC of male teachers over the age of 50 and TG of male teachers over 40 years old.
