During the National Athletic Meet,youth swimmers will be the main force for gold medals in national and international competitions,Many provinces and cities are working on the development of youth swimmers.In order to continue to maintain the good momentum of our province's youth swimming program,and to make new achievements in the second national youth sports meeting,it is necessary to improve the sports performance through scientific and high-quality training,and scientific training monitoring and it is an important link.Pre-competition training is an important training stage to ensure the normal or extraordinary performance of athletes in the competition.By analyzing the characteristics of blood lactic acid level and function index in each stage of pre-competition training for the second national youth Olympic Games in Shandong Province,this paper explores the regularity of blood lactic acid and function index changes of pre-competition training for the young swimmers.Objective: The purpose is to provide reference for provincial swimming coaches in formulating pre-competition training plans and improve the quality and effect of athletes' pre-competition training.The characteristic analysis and regularity summary of blood lactic acid and function index in pre-race training stage were conducted to master the characteristics of each stage of pre-race training.Through the comparative analysis of blood lactic acid between pre-competition training and competition,the relationship between pre-competition training intensity and competition intensity was summarized to provide a basis for future pre-competition training.Research process: After the preliminary competition of the 2nd youth sports meeting in May 2019,I worked in Shandong Provincial swimming sports management center for the technical support of the 2nd youth sports meeting,and timely collected relevant data and information.Research methods: literature,expert interview,tracking observation,data statistics and testing methods.Conclusions: 1.In this study,the effect of pre-competition training basicallyreached the expected target of pre-competition training.In the stage of competitive ability improvement(the first four weeks),the sports load and load intensity of the body stimulation is relatively large,athletes appear fatigue response.In the adjustment stage before the competition,the athletes' function will recover gradually and reach the ideal competition state.2.The changes in the athletes' functional indicators showed that during the improvement phase of pre-competition training,the second week and the fourth week stimulated the athletes a lot.The high points of serum creatine kinase and blood urea,the low points of hemoglobin and testosterone all appeared in the test indicators after the two weeks of training.3.After the adjustment period before the competition(two weeks after the competition),the athletes have significantly recovered various body function indexes,basically reaching the function level of the initial state of the pre-competition training stage.4.During the pre-race training,the blood lactic acid level of the athletes increased gradually in the four weeks before the competition,reached the highest level in the second and third weeks,and slightly decreased in the fourth week.The blood lactic acid level in the fifth week of the pre-race adjustment phase could basically reach the highest level in this stage of training.5.Compared with the maximum lactic acid level in this competition,the athletes did not reach the peak level of lactic acid in this stage of pre-competition training.
