China's basic education,which carried out eight important reforms,has gone through six stages.Mathematics courses and teaching reform are constantly being reformed.After publishing some files,many aspects have been adjusted,ideas and goals have been defined.These documents indicate the direction of reform.As an important material of mathematics teaching,mathematics textbook,which directly reflects the requirements of curriculum reform and perfectly guides teaching and learning,have been ameliorated during curriculum reform process.Therefore,refer to the amendment of the curriculum standard to compare the textbook,are helping teachers to understand the reflect of curriculum standard's idea in mathematics textbook.And then grasp the direction of mathematics curriculum reform,realize the mathematics curriculum objectives.So that the curriculum idea of everybody get nice mathematics education and different people get different develop in mathematics come true.Referring to the backdrop of the modified with curriculum standard,this study select the part of number and algebra to compare,expound the similarity and the differentia of middle school mathematics textbooks,inspect if the textbook comprehend the idea of curriculum standard,and then explore that if the textbook manifest the idea well.In addition,this study summarizes the characteristics and the existing problems of the new textbook,put forward some opinions to textbook writers and teachers.This article expands from following four parts:The first part of the paper is introduction.This part illuminates the paper creation reasons,relative achievements about this study at home and abroad,destination and meaning,some core concepts about this study.The second part of this paper is the general situation of curriculum standards.Refer to the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(experimental draft),this study states and analyzes the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(2011 edition)from following aspects:the overall framework,basic ideas,the concepts,curriculum objectives,content field.The third part is the main body of this paper,states the comparison of the old textbook and the new textbook.The author selects the part of number and algebra to compare the old and the new textbook,expound the similarity and the differentia of textbooks,inspect if the textbook comprehend the demand propose by curriculum standard,and then analyze that if the textbook reflect the curriculum idea and the curriculum objectives well.The forth part of this paper is the conclusion of this study.Analyze the result of the third part,we can find that the new textbook has following characteristics:scientificity,integrality,nature of the process,readability,feasibility,elasticity.At the same time,the author puts forward the proposal for the compilation of mathematics textbook.Such as reinforce the selective and organizing of content,intensify effort to reform.At last,put forward the following suggestions to teaching:lay emphasis on update teaching idea and method,use textbook scientifically,realize mathematics curriculum objective integrally,the dominant position of students in learning,the psychological development characteristics of students,cultivate their mathematical thinking.
