| With the gradual expansion of the enrollment scale of interdisciplinary postgraduates in recent years and the increase of the proportion of practical talents,the number of students who choose the interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination has also increased year by year,which has gradually become an important part that can not be ignored in the group of postgraduate students.As one of the important parts of the interdisciplinary graduate group,the proportion of the interdisciplinary graduate students is also increasing year by year.In the face of physical education teachers related requirements improve environment,the continuous improvement of teachers’ social status lead to the competition pressure and professional degree graduate itself has the characteristics of the environment of demand sports talents education level,theoretical knowledge and professional skills have produced higher requirements.At present,some colleges and universities in China have realized that measures must be taken to deal with the new situation,but most of the universities still adopt the traditional system of interdisciplinary master degree postgraduate training,and the new model of interdisciplinary master degree postgraduate training has not been very perfect.Therefore,the study on how to improve the academic performance level of interdisciplinary master’s degree and how to improve the quality of interdisciplinary master’s degree should become the key issues in graduate training in the new era.In this study,the academic performance of postgraduate students in Anhui Province,and the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to analyze the influencing factors of academic performance,and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures from both subjective and objective aspects.The specific content of this paper is developed from the following three aspects: First,the relevant concepts of "interdisciplinary","professional master degree student","interdisciplinary master degree student" and "academic performance" are defined,and the constructivist learning theory and learning motivation theory lay the theoretical foundation for this research.Second,the questionnaire survey method and teacher-student interview method and other related methods are used to investigate the factors related to the academic performance of interdisciplinary sports master’s degree students,and analyze the main factors affecting the academic performance of interdisciplinary sports master’s degree students.Three is the comprehensive feedback data analysis,respectively from the subjective and objective aspects of interdisciplinary sports master’s degree graduate student academic performance strategy,the subjective aspects mainly understand across professional,clear across motivation,pay attention to learning consciously,strengthening learning motivation,relieve the pressure of learning,keep a good attitude,improve competition consciousness and cultivate sports spirit,etc.,the objective aspects mainly perfect admission requirements,students control,optimize curriculum,cohesion students need to improve training system,ready for guidance,reasonable evaluation standard,enhance professional level,etc.At the end of the paper,the research is summarized and puts forward the future development of the interdisciplinary postgraduate students. |
