In recent years,the rural education has received widespread attention from the society,the treatment of rural teachers has been greatly improved,the social recognition of rural teachers is also gradually improving,the structure of rural teachers has a certain improvement.For the professional development of rural teachers,society's view is:the rural teachers' previous education theory too scarce,should go out training more contact with the latest education theory,in order to promote teachers' professional development.Although this view is reasonable,but more is biased.And with the rural teachers to go out after the training,a realistic and urgent problem is placed in front of.How the theory of training is combined with the specific practice of the rural school.Effectively promote the professional development of teachers,and further promote the overall development of the school.At the same time,the rural teachers in their daily work will also encounter a variety of problems,the solution to these problems is also imminent.Therefore,how to combine the new educational theory with the concrete practice of the rural education,how to solve the practical problems encountered in the daily work,and become the real incentive.In the research process,I was the first to the existing teacher community of practice of rational discussion,first of all,compared to teachers in rural areas and other areas of the community practice community,have certain particularity.This particularity is manifested in its personnel,personnel can be divided into educational schools,there are a variety of types and forms of activities,activity type direct guidance to improve teachers teaching skills.The professional development of the core factors not related to teachers' professional emotion,professional knowledge to improve the teachers.The research is to build rural area teacher community of practice become a place of teachers "internal blood,the professional development of rural teachers professional development and training out not only rely on the" external blood transfusion "to promote teachers'.It is undoubtedly the best choice to build a learning organization.Through the present teachers' practice community learning organization theory analysis,we can find that the rural teacher community of practice is essentially based on a common vision to members of the community gathered together,the main problem is the practice problem,but is not all practical problems can become the object of study of teachers the community of practice,only those who affect the community development and the development of teachers can be.According to the classification standard of concrete can be divided into four categories:personal life and education teaching in the classroom:the teachers,teachers' special 'problem:the problem of substitute teachers,individual professional development:the professional development of puzzled and confused.For these practical problems,the community needs to be related to the exchange mechanism to protect.The improvement and establishment of communication mechanism is very important to the development of teachers' practical community.When the relevant issues are discussed clearly,we will find that the factors that affect the development of teachers' practical community play a role in the development of the community.These factors mainly include the specific culture in rural areas,the pressure of teachers' survival,the ignorance and inefficiency of teachers' professional development.One of the most important factors which influence the development of the teachers' practice community is the specific culture in the rural area.This kind of culture affects the teacher "s living condition and the satisfaction of the teacher" s leisure life,which influences the degree of teacher "s professional development.This kind of rural specific culture is the reason why the rural teachers' practical community has its particularity.But in rural areas,there is a common practice community.In the membership,keep the edge and core of the tension,in the process of solving the problem between identity and negotiation in tension and knowledge acquisition,sharing and creating tension between.After investigating the practical community of rural teachers in reality,I put forward the following strategies to promote their development.First of all,we should give the community the necessary funding support,no funding support,a lot of activities within the community can not be held.These activities are just to promote teacher professional development in all aspects of the set,therefore,to give the necessary financial support has become a top priority.Secondly,for the practice of community development,according to the present situation of teacher community of practice,the core team,creating diverse community of practice and create open community culture three kinds of measures to protect the practice of community development.Core team is the protection of the development of practical community,diversification of practical activities is the essence of community development,open community culture is the ultimate goal of community development practice.Again,the title promotion of rural teachers has become the key factor that restricts the development of teachers' practical community.
