With the continuous strengthening of the national economy,the pursuit of the overall quality of students has become the concern of school and parents.Therefore,the traditional education from the specialist education in the art education is not suitable.Because each student has a different interest,cognitive style,thinking habits,family environment,learning style,so the same teaching method to teach each student is not a good way.The hierarchical teaching combines the advantages of class teaching system and individual teaching.It not only exerts the advantages of class teaching system,but also takes into account the advantages of individual teaching.It is a promising teaching form.It began in the mid-19 th century in America.It was originated for the requirements of the quality of workers because of the development of the capitalist economy.after years of development and localization in China.Hierarchical teaching has penetrated into a variety of disciplines,developed into a variety of forms.It Mainly occurs in curriculum of language,mathematics and foreign language.Researches about visual art is less,and basically are some strategies,and there is no experimental data to support the relevant research assumptions.The author uses experimental research methods to confirm the relevant assumptions.This experiment has selected Yifu experimental Middle School at Tianshu as the object of study.I used three classes that is selected randomly in that school to carry out this test.The nature of the experiment was quantitative research using test questions and questionnaires to measure the subjects.The results of the data analysis show that hierarchical teaching can improve the learning effect of all students and the interest of art.The study verified the author’s hypothesis,but i also found some problems.the author then gives some suggestions to solve the problem.The layered teaching that i used has a unique advantage to promote,especially in poor teaching conditions of backward art education.It has a strong practical value.The purpose of tiered teaching is for the development of each student,for the education of fairness.So education based on zone of proximal development has a very high educational value.It not only can enhance each student’s self-confidence and learning motivation,but also can cultivate students good values.It has important significance for the future development of students.
