Internship is an important part of talents cultivation in secondary vocational school,which determines the quality of secondary vocational education directly and influences the effect of secondary vocational education.In order to ensure the quality of internship,the Ministry of Education and other departments jointly formulated the "the management measures of the post exercitation of students in vocational school" in April,2016,which clear the nature,purpose and significance.It is necessary for implementing the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education and improving the quality of secondary vocational education to do a good job of quality evaluation model and assurance mechanism of the post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools.The paper summarized the relevant researches at home and abroad about the post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools.it is widely believed that internship is the system of vocational education with Chinese characteristics and the effective way to achieve talents cultivation mode of "school-enterprise cooperation" and "work-study combination",and the localization reform of foreign cooperative education,production-study-research cooperation.It is based on the reality of China and took examples of "dual system" model in German,it is necessary to forces all sectors of society and to do a good job of quality evaluation model and assurance mechanism of the post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools.Based on CIPP evaluation theory,this paper set quality of post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools as 4 secondary indexes,such as the background,input,process and result and 21 items measures of three-level by questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods.It built the proportion of the index,the quality evaluation model of post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools and put forward the practical application methods and dependent events about it by AHP Method.This paper took DEMATEL(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory)as the research tool and confirmed qualitative influencing factors of the post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools,and analyzed the factors of influencing degree,the influenced degree,the central degree and the causal degree,etc.The paper put forward to internship assurance mechanism of subjects,targets,objects and authorization evaluation and operation approach based on the core factors of the quality of secondary vocational education from the perspective of government,enterprise,schools and students.This paper argues that strengthening the quality of post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools can realize the purpose of "promote improving by evaluating” and improve the quality of post exercitation of students in secondary vocational schools and the quality of secondary vocational education.Strengthening the quality assurance of can effectively improve the positivity of students in secondary vocational schools in post exercitation and the effect of post exercitation and strengthen the sense of responsibility of related bodies and provide count human resources support to economic restructure and Supply-side structural reform.This research results can be decision reference for vocational education management and related bodies and directly applied to post exercitation of students for secondary vocational schools related bodies.
