The promulgation of the "Public basic Curriculum Program of Secondary Vocational Schools" in 2020 and the introduction of new curriculum standard documents of ten public basic courses marked the official launch of a new round of teaching reform of public basic courses in secondary vocational schools.According to the latest national regulations,public basic courses in secondary vocational schools include three modules: compulsory courses,limited elective courses and arbitrary elective courses.The guarantee of the teaching quality of public basic courses in secondary vocational schools is a prominent practical problem.On the one hand,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of public basic courses teaching in secondary vocational schools,on the other hand,it is necessary to explore a set of effective teaching quality assurance measures.The development of public basic courses in secondary vocational schools in China has gone through the history from the "knowledge standard" in the 1980 s to the "ability standard" in the 1990 s,and then to the "personality standard" at the beginning of the 21 st century.In this process,the orientation of public basic courses is also constantly changing.At present,the public basic courses in secondary vocational schools have some color of general education in nature,and devote themselves to cultivating students’ universality and developing students’ general potential in function.The state also began to pay attention to and intervene in the teaching of public basic courses in secondary vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey and teacher interview of the secondary vocational students of Hunan College Of Foreign Studies,as well as the case analysis of the school’s participation in the general test of public basic courses in secondary vocational schools in Hunan Province,it is found that there are many practical problems in the teaching of public basic courses in secondary vocational schools.It is specifically reflected in the lack of top-level design of public basic courses at the school level,insufficient attention,lack of support for the construction of teachers,weak curriculum development and so on.In view of the current situation of public basic course teaching in secondary vocational schools,a set of relatively complete teaching quality assurance measures can be put forward under the guidance of relevant policies and theories,including strengthening the policy guidance of public basic course teaching in secondary vocational schools;stimulate students’ interest in learning,comprehensively innovate teaching methods and methods;build a team of learning teachers;fully integrate the elements of "curriculum ideology and politics" and educate people in an all-round way.Implement multi-dimensional dynamic quality evaluation system and other measures.
