Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Between Urban Population Growth And Land Expansion In Zhengzhou

Since 2000,with the rapid development of China's economy,the speed and scale of urbanization have achieved rapid development,However,in the process of rapid urban expansion,the development of urban sprawl and the imbalance of human and land allocation have been threatened.As an important central city in the central region,the country's important integrated transport hub,Zhengzhou is in a period of rapid growth of population and land,It is of great significance to coordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas,to determine the scale of the city,and to make policy plans by clarifying the relationship among the two,the coordination and the future development trend.This paper uses allometric model,Arcgis spatial analysis,coordination evaluation model and prediction model of Logistic spatial evolution of Zhengzhou city population growth and land expansion relations,coordination of external and internal quality scale and future trend analysis and to explore the influence factors of relationship between human disorders.Results show:(1)From the perspective of time and space evolution:During the study period,the growth rate of urban population and land expansion in Zhengzhou are in accordance with the law of allometric growth,and the allometric scaling index is more than 0.85 and has obvious stage characteristics;The overall coupling relationship between the two presents a"basic smooth-gradually weakened-gradually enhanced"changes in the characteristics of the whole,the distance between the center of gravity of the two groups showed a slow growth trend,the coordination of slow decline.(2)from the point of view of coordination:1)During the study period,the coordination relationship between land scale and population size was promoted rapidly to the remarkable level of land,and the land expansion rate was higher than the population growth rate,The average annual growth rate of built-up area and urban population were 8.25%and 4.36%,respectively.The ratio of land use scale elastic coefficient between the two was 1:1.89,which was much higher than the theoretical value of 1:1.12.2)the urbanization of population and land is developing rapidly and the relationship between them is more and more harmonious.Among them,the types of development between the two change from low level to high level;coupling type on the whole has been at a high level of coupling coordination degree by the state;The degree of coordination changes from moderate maladjustment stage to high quality coordination stage;The contrast shows population lag-land lag-population lag fluctuations,that in recent years Zhengzhou city land process is relatively fast and coordinate the relationship between the two affected.3)the level of coordinated development of population,city land quality and scale increased gradually;two the relationship between quality and scale and degree of deviation are changing constantly,but compared to the city land,population quality and scale of the development of better coordination.(3)from the perspective of influencing factors:Overall,the main reason for the population growth behind the land expansion is the imbalance of industrial structure,the GDP based performance evaluation mechanism and government policy planning.(4)from the future development trend of Zhengzhou city population and built-up area scale limits were 12million 370 thousand and 812.6km~2,65.7m~2 land area per capita construction;in 2030 the city population 7 million 110 thousand,built-up area of 608km~2,per capita GDP of 20147 yuan,built up area of 85.5m~2 City,with more intensive.Analysis shows that the hypothesis testing of city land by the local government policy planning to promote construction of factors such as breaking the city development law and characteristics of itself,is the city population growth speed and speed of land expansion of the main reason of the imbalance,but this lag is reasonable or not is not final judgement the specific situation needs,combined with local factors the resource endowment,policy planning and social and economic analyses.The results provide an important reference for the understanding of the spatial and temporal evolution,coordination and future development trend of man land relationship in Zhengzhou.
