Measurement And Analysis Of The Coordination Degree Between Chinese Population And Land Urbanization

Urbanization is an important driving force to support China’s economic development.The degree of coordination between land and population in the process of urbanization will directly determine the quality of urbanization.As the leading city of national economic development and the central development city of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration,it is of great theoretical and guiding significance to analyze the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization for the regional industrial upgrading and coordinated development of urban agglomeration.Based on the theory of coordinated development,this paper determines the factors that affect the municipalities directly under the central government through the factor analysis method,and further constructs the coupling and coordinated development model of population urbanization and land urbanization,uses the impact indicators obtained from regression analysis to build the index system,and uses the data of municipalities directly under the central government in 2007-2017 to measure the coordinated development of this stage.The conclusions are as follows: 1.The factors of economic development,ecological environment,social life and land input-output have a significant positive impact on the coordination degree of population urbanization and land urbanization,which can be used as a secondary index to build an evaluation system;2.According to the calculation results of the coupling and coordinated development model of population urbanization and land urbanization in the municipality directly under the central government,the population and land urbanization coordination of the municipality directly under the central government is obtained However,in recent years,the population urbanization index has been lower than the land urbanization index,and the type of social development is lagging behind and has not improved for a long time.3.In view of the current problems of population and land urbanization,each municipality directly under the central government should seize the opportunity of development,promote the reform of land system and financial and tax system,scientifically plan the way of land use,establish the land circulation and transaction market,and control the speed of land urbanization;gradually promote the reform of household registration system,promote the equalization of public services,and speed up the process of population urbanization;in addition,pay attention to ecology The role of the environment.So as to promote the coordinated development process of population land urbanization in municipalities directly under the central government and realize the healthy development of urbanization.
