In recent years,the research on mental health quality is mainly reflected in the adult and adolescent groups,only a few researchers extend it to teachers,especially in the field of compulsory education teachers,mental health quality is a kind of inner and relatively stable psychological quality formed by the combination of heredity and environment,and these psychological qualities influence or determine the individual's psychological,physiological and social functions(Shen Deli et al.,2004).It can be seen that the quality of mental health is bound to occupy a seat in the comprehensive quality of teachers,teachers want to maintain their own quality sustained growth,and it also needs to be supported by internal and excellent psychological quality.It has been found that with the increase of working pressure,the mental health status of teachers in our country has shown a slow decline in recent years.The difference of the psychological level among different teachers,such as the high school and primary school teachers,is also increasing year by year.Therefore,this research attempts to start from the basic requirements of compulsory education teacher occupation,combining with the characteristics of teachers,to discuss the structure and content of teachers' psychological health in the stage of compulsory education in china,and to provide theoretical basis and appropriate assessment tools to improve and perfect the quality of teachers' mental health in the stage of compulsory education.This study is divided into three parts,Study 1 use Interview research methods to explore the content of teachers' mental health diathesis.According to the existing literature,the interview outline is initially determined,then analysis Interview data.In this part,we choose 2 primary schools and 2 middle schools in Kaifeng City,Henan Province,Interviews with 29 front-line teachers and 4 leaders in these 4 schools,collect 33 interview records.Then,qualitative analysis of all the collected materials.Finally,we get 4one-level dimension and 16 two-level dimension,cognitive quality dimension: Positive attitude towards life,objective understanding of things,respect for students,understanding of parents,professional quality;Emotional quality dimension: Emotion control;Behavioral quality dimension: Positive influence,love career,family harmony,strain capacity;Personality quality dimension: Sense of responsibility,ethics,patience,tolerance,optimism,kindness.On the basis of research 1,Study 2 preliminary develop a questionnaire for teachers' psychological health quality in the stage of compulsory education.This study was conducted in a primary school and a junior high school in Kaifeng City,Henan province,a total of 230 questionnaires were distributed,and the valid questionnaires were 195.The preliminary questionnaire contains 102 questions,including 4 one-level dimension and 16 second-level dimension.On this basis,conducting the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,eliminating inconsistent statistical requirements,to obtain the questionnaire of teachers' psychological health quality in the stage of compulsory education,the questionnaire consists of 48 questions,4 one-level dimension and 10 second-level dimension.On the basis of research 2,Study 3 test the reliability and validity of the mental health diathesis questionnaire for teachers in compulsory education stage,1800 questionnaires were issued in Henan,Zhejiang,Fujian,Heilongjiang,Beijing,Shanxi,Chongqing,Xinjiang,other regions,1545 valid questionnaires were collected.Confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis between the dimension score and the total score of the questionnaire,Validity analysis and reliability analysis of Self esteem questionnaire were conducted on the data.The results show that the questionnaire has good validity and reliability.Therefore,the questionnaire can be used as a tool to measure the mental health of teachers in compulsory education.
