Social adaptability is an important standard to feedback one's comprehensive quality and the manifestation of an individual's integration into society and acceptance of society.Cultivating students' social adaptability in Life and Philosophy Teaching,not only meets the requirements of the nature of Ideological and political courses,but also meets the needs of the ideological and political lesson to adapt to the era of social pluralism.Life and Philosophy Teaching's basic nature was going to educate high school students in the philosophy of Marx,apply Marx's philosophy to life and explore the world,improve students' comprehensive quality and solving practical problems in social life,adapt to the development and needs of the future society well.High school students are generally in the early stages which of physical development and psychological development are mature young.Personal independence of conduct,unbalanced development of body and mind,increasingly emotional calm,high self-awareness and rebel are characteristic of high school students.Their social adaptability also has different levels of problems,such as: first,because their life experience is shallow and the development of dialectical thinking is inadequate,the ability to solve problems is still poor;second,their learning depends on the supervision of teachers,and the ability of self-regulated learning needs to be improved;third,their psychological existence of a certain sense of frustration,in the most dangerous period of psychological turbulence;last,their ability to deal with interpersonal relationships is a problem;etc.Therefore,the ideological and political education practice,which is the most important content of China's spiritual civilization construction,should bear the important task of training high school students' social adaptation ability.Especially as a political teacher,we need to give full play to the teaching of life and philosophy.Generally speaking,the role of life and philosophy curriculum in cultivating social adaptability of senior high school students is mainly reflected in the following aspects: High school students to establish a scientific "three outlooks";cultivating the dialectical thinking ability of senior high school students;cultivate high school students to form a good personality quality;cultivate the ability of social practice of senior high school students;etc.In the use of life and philosophy teaching and cultivating high school students ability to adapt to the social process,not only to improve the students' scientific and cultural quality and moral quality,it should be based on the actual life of the students,pay attention to the learning ability of autonomous learning and self-adjustment ability,social practice ability,interpersonal skills and ability to face frustration and innovation consciousness and improve the ability of social adaptation,so that students can better adapt to the future development of society,to show self-value,the dream of flying.
