With the rapid development ofChina's economy,education has also undergone an epoch-making change.The higher education has stepped into the popularization,and meanwhile high school education also has the trend of universal popularization,subsequently,we should make great changes in education concept,and pay attention to the cultivation of the integrity and comprehensiveness of the huge educational group.The transformation that the educational concept changes from knowledge standardinto ability standard is the requirement of modern social development and the demand for comprehensive quality talents.Besides the increasingly diverse society also requires meeting the needs of different students' personality development.In 2014,along with the reform of the examination system,a new round of curriculum reform has gradually been implemented,and the core literacy is the new cognition and the specification of the three dimensional curriculum's goals.At present,there are many differences between the actual situation and the curriculum standards,and the results of the implementation ofcurriculum reform have been far less able to meet the requirements of educational objectives.The current situation shows that more attention is paid to the dominant curriculum resources in the teaching process,and it is ignored that the hidden curriculum resources are more easily accepted by the students and have high educational value in the basic education stage.Hidden curriculum exerts a subtle influence on people's ideology,values and behavior,and promotes the overall development of people and the whole society.The hidden curriculum establishes the highly effective teaching and focuses on the improvement of students' non cognitive ability via using the resources inside and outside the classroom and textbook.Because of the spatial and comprehensive thinking characteristics of geography,which is closely linked with the practice of life,studies on the interaction between human and environment make geography discipline and the recessive curriculum resources more consistent with each other.At the same time,the training goal of hidden curriculum is also in accordance with the requirements of the core literacy.This article carries on the investigation and study of the present situation on the development and utilization of the geography hidden curriculum resources based on the unique educational value and the urgent need of hidden Curriculum.First of all,the basic research is to elaborate the related theoretical problems of hidden curriculum,including hidden curriculum,the concept of geography hiddencurriculum resources,characteristics,functions etc.According to the topic,collect the relevant documents and materials,and make a comprehensive comment on the present situation of the research on the hidden curriculum at home and abroad.This study is based on the theory of implicit learning,tacit knowledge,educational ecology and authentic assessment,etc.Based on the basic research on Yiyang Experimental High School in Luoyang city,an investigation of the development and utilization of geography hidden curriculum resources has been carried out under the guidance of the specific methodssuch as questionnaire,interview,observation,investigation of statistical analysis method,and so forth.The present investigation aims at all the students and teachers in Yiyang Experimental High School,and 600 questionnaires have been issued in the survey,of which 496 valid questionnaireshave been retrieved(valid return rate is 82.67%).In combinationwith the students' questionnaire,geography teachers andsome students were also subsequently interviewedin terms of some related issues.We were also subsequently interviewedin terms of some related issues.According to the questionnaires,field observation and obtained information from interviews,a statistical analysis hasbeen made to analyze the existing problems of development and utilization of the geography hidden curriculum resources.The main problems in the development and utilization:(1)The effect of hidden curriculum is not good;(2)Teachers' comprehensive ability is progressing slowly;(3)Insufficient attention ofeducational administrative departments and schools;(4)Poor school activities;(5)Gloomy Physical and mental status of students.Analyze the causes of the problem combined with the actual situation,the main reasons are:(1)It is difficult to develop the hidden curriculum resource;(2)The influence of the traditional concept of curriculum and culture;(3)Strong sense of teachers' occupation burnout consciousness and lack of consciousness.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding development strategies:(1)Build a good environment of material and spiritual cultural;(2)Delve deeplyall kinds of hidden curriculum resources;(3)Improve teachers' comprehensive quality;(4)Promote the construction of curriculum system,and adopt multiple evaluations.In addition,some casesare made insome specific strategies.Based on the above research,the specific case study on the development of geographyhidden curriculum resources will be designed.The case design is based on the geographical core literacy,the curriculum beginswith the actual situation of teaching,and guide students to take the initiative to identify problems,solve problems,construct a system of knowledge,improve the level of students' cognitive ability and non cognitive ability,and give students the opportunity to practice and migrate.The innovation of this paper:(1)To make up the blank in the research of thidden curriculum in the basic education in Luoyang area,put forward specific hidden curriculum implementation strategies and related cases,this study expands and enriches the research results of the hidden curriculum in high school,and provides reference for the related research and Practice;(2)To promote the construction of hidden curriculum system in combination with the dominant curriculum and the dominant design of hidden curriculum,this paper probes into the explicit design of hidden curriculum and the concrete process of hidden implementation,and puts forward the whole course and multiple evaluation system of the hidden curriculum.It is hoped that the relevant departments and teachers will be able to pay more attention to the geography hidden curriculum and form a positive and active collective atmosphere through this study,and eventually make the hidden curriculum a systematic curriculum system.The development and utilization ofgeography hidden curriculum resources conforms to the reform ofthe new curriculum reform and examination reform that gradually parallel implementation,and the education reform provides new opportunities for the development and utilization of geography hidden curriculum resources.
