Since science and education could rejuvenate and strengthen the country with talents,how to cultivate them in the new era is the first step to innovate the class.The curriculum standard emphasizes that geography research integrates people,resources,environment and development,then it applies local geographic resources to geography class,so that students could focus on social development and establish a correct view of human-land coordination.The core literacy emphasizes that students should have the necessary character and key ability for social and lifelong development,so that they can assume the great responsibility of a powerful nation.The core literacy of geography emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive thinking and practical ability,the formation of regional cognition and the establishment of the human-land coordination,while the application of local geographic resources could increase the feasibility of practice.The differences between local geography cases and textbook cases have enabled them to understand regional distinctions,enrich their knowledge world and form regional cognition.The research on the application of local geographic resources in Longli County provides reference for teachers in teaching theory,so that it can promote their improvement of professional skills,enrich teaching materials and perfect the database of local geographic resources.This paper adopts literature analysis method,questionnaire analysis method and case analysis method which are based on education and teaching theory and concepts related to local geography after setting the college entrance examination evaluation system and geography core literacy as the guidance.It investigates the application status of local geographic resources in Longli County middle School,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward targeted suggestions.Then it explores the application principles and countermeasures,applies the local geography resources in the class,and compiles the local geography teaching cases.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Lacking basic knowledge of local geography and insufficient key skills of analyzing ability.They show a high interest in local geography,but they have a heavy learning burden and reject the application of local geography resources due to the limitation of examination-oriented education.Therefroe,the application of local geographic resources in the class can cultivate the ability to construct real situations and solve geographical problems,so as to change their thinking patterns.Local geography allows them to be in the real practice and increase the operability,so as to cultivate scientific and rigorous learning methods.(2)Some teachers have insufficient application of local geographic resources,and most have the application consciousness in single methods without specific targets.Teachers have little research on local geography,with long lesson preparation cycle and low efficiency.They pay less attention to current events when applying local geographic resources,and students are out of touch with the society,which is not conducive to the formulation of long-term life goals.Therefore,cooperation and communication should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of lesson preparation.It's vital to focus on social current affairs,apply it to geography class and cultivate students' necessary skills for social development.(3)The application of local geographic resources in geography teaching in senior high school should follow the following principles: it should ensure the scientific nature of local geographic resources,cultivate students' rigorous and realistic scientific attitude,and establish correct values;Regarding the aim of the rural geography and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,it's necessary to cultivate innovative talents needed by the times;It should meet the needs of different personality development and training target level;It should meet the requirements of class hours,and the design of teaching content should be within the scope of college entrance examination evaluation and meet the development needs of middle school students.It's essential to the cultivate students' geographical practice ability,core accomplishment and key ability in teaching activities and evaluation.(4)The following countermeasures can be taken when the local geographic resources are applied to the geography class of senior high school,in the preparation stage,teachers should strengthen the cultivation of knowledge and skills,learn the theoretical knowledge of local geography and education,change the traditional way of knowledge transmission,and cooperate with students to carry on in depth exploration.Teachers cooperate and communicate to ensure the typicality of local geographical resources.In the application stage,firstly,the real scene is constructed through the local geographical resources,bringing the students' subjectivity under the experience goal,so as to increase the sense of achievement and stimulate the motivation of learning.Secondly,the teaching objectives are phased,and the application content of rural geography has developed from basic synthesis to application innovation.In the early stage,local geographic resources are mainly used as auxiliary materials to explain abstract geographical concepts and phenomena.In the middle and later period,it emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and human-land coordination view.The application of agrestic geography mainly evaluates basic ability in the early stage,while it assesses knowledge,improvement and innovation ability in the middle and late stage.Finally,it reflects and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the application process,thus improving the class design with a set of evaluation system complies with ability training.
