As the country's emphasis on vocational education,vocational education also shows a vigorous development trend in recent years.Vocational education has occupied a half of Chinese education,while a special group of teenagers--the secondary vocational students,is also growing greatly with the development of vocational education.The secondary vocational students will become an important source of high skilled workers in the future.With the development of economic globalization and the emergency of Internet and multimedia,the demand of markets is variable and faster.This will put the secondary vocational students a situation--they need to be excellent enough to be hired.Not only will they be skilled in their majors,but also they have to be comprehensive development in the art of morality,intelligency and physique.The secondary vocational school community is one of the important carriers of extracurricular activities.It shows great significance in enriching students' extracurricular lives,cultivating students' interests and exercising students' practical ability.As we all know,they are poor in studying and self-control,but interested in school community.How to aim at the character of vocational students' community,and according to the developing situation of students' community,guiding them to develop healthily,providing a “rich land” for vocational school students to develop healthily.It is the point of penetration of this research.First in this article,get a comprehensive grasp of existing and potential problems of student community through literature research at home and abroad.this period is understanding the problems;Second do a survey to three secondary vocational schools in guangzhou as investigation object through the questionnaires and interviews,to clear the current situation of the existing problems.it is period of finding problems;Then through the literature consult,sorting,analysis the present situation and problems,this period is to analyze the problems;Finally put forward scientific and proper measures and suggestions according to the problems from interviews and questionnaire survey,from the aspects of awakening of attaches great importance to the students,optimize students external environment,strengthen internal management,this is the period of problem solving.
