Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Student Association Construction In Secondary Vocational Schools

In the report to the 19th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),we are required to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity and cultivate socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically.Secondary vocational school students belong to the youth,is in the "jointing booting period",need to be carefully guided and cultivated,secondary vocational school should provide students with a variety of possible development opportunities,to promote the all-round development of students.As the second class of secondary vocational students,the associations complement each other with classroom teaching,which is an important link to implement quality education and develop students’ core qualities,and is related to the cultivation of new people in the era to take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.In recent years,many secondary vocational schools have gradually realized the importance of student associations and paid more and more attention to the construction of student associations.Student associations have also gradually developed and expanded.However,while the society is developing rapidly,there are also some problems,such as the imperfect system of the society,the lack of professional guidance teachers in the society,the lack of funds and venue support for the activities of the society,the uneven quality of the members of the society and so on.This paper,by combining the methods of literature research and investigation research,based on the field survey data,analyzes the current situation of the construction of associations in Hengshui secondary vocational schools.The research content is mainly divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,concept definition,literature review,research thinking,methods and content.The second part deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of this study,summarizes the development of China’s student associations,secondary vocational school student associations characteristics and functions.The third part,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature research,carries out questionnaire survey and interview research on the current situation of hengshui secondary vocational school students’ association construction,and preliminarily shows the current situation of the current association construction.The fourth part,through the investigation and analysis,summarizes the current secondary vocational school student community construction in the existence of a single form of community activities,unbalanced development in the community,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect and other problems,and in view of the construction of the existing problems in the analysis of the reasons.The fifth part puts forward the main strategy to strengthen the construction of student associations in secondary vocational schools,namely,precise positioning,to lead the development of secondary vocational associations with correct ideas and theories;Construct "five-in-one" secondary vocational association management system;Standardize the internal management and strengthen the self-construction of associations;Attach importance to students’ principal position and innovate the carrier of activities.
