Compared with the general high school,secondary vocational education has much more specificity in both teaching objects and education activities.The interaction between teachers and students affects the effect of classroom teaching and the development of mental health of both teachers and students.Good relationship between teachers and students contributes to transforming "problem students" into"useful persons" in psychological of students.In reality,there are many differences in the relationship of teachers and students.Classroom conflicts are widespread and should been faced by students,teachers,schools and the society.Based on the long-term investigation of B class of one vocational school in Zhejiang Province,the research material of classroom observation and interviews of students and teachers,this paper has compiled the categories and characteristics of the classroom conflict,analyzed the causes and explored the strategies to improve the student-teacher relationship and the quality of vocational education.The characteristic of student-teacher classroom conflict of secondary vocational schools includes high frequency,various types and dual functions.Then,the paper analyzed the main causes of the conflicts:the weakening of teachers' authority,the deficiency of students and teachers' emotion manage ability,the existing education evaluation,the absence of family education and so on.Finally,it proposed strategies on the basis of three dimensions of time.The conflicts can be prevented by teachers,schools and the families before the conflicts.In the process of the conflicts,Competing,Avoiding,Accommodating,Collaborating and Compromising can be applied according to Thomas.After the conflicts,NLP is useful to comfort teachers and students.
