Academic emotion is the total emotion which students experience in the study scenes.It could be divided into the positive academic emotion and the negative academic emotion.The positive academic emotion is benefit for the students' study life while the negative one could be harmful and lead to many psychological problems.According to the annotated bibliography,current researches of academic mainly focus on the definition and the influence factors of the academic emotion.Organizational tutorship is the only mainly way used to interpose academic emotion in the empirical research.Bibliotherapy,as a mature prevention treatment,is widely used on children and teenagers abroad.According to the research of bibliotherapy,it could effetely prevent depression and anxiety.However,since the researches are mainly taken part in colleges,this research would try to apply it in the interposing of the academic emotion of high school students.This research applies the “adolescent academic emotion questionnaire”(edited by Guoliang Yu and Yan Dong)to the senior one grade students of Senior high school of Nanchang University.After the analyses,researchers used bibliotherapy to interpose their academic emotion and drew the conclusion as followed:(1)The positive academic emotion of the students is outstanding to the negative emotion.The positive high arousal emotion is remarkable higher than the negative high arousal emotion.The positive low arousal emotion is remarkable higher than the negative low arousal emotion.(2)Bibliotherapy could effectively improve the negative academic emotion of senior high school students and promote the high arousal academic emotion.(3)There were no significant changes in the four factors of Academic emotion,satisfaction?relaxation? helplessness and upset fatigue after bibliotherapy.
