Teacher is the foundation of the development of education,and it is the core factor of the improvement of teaching quality.With the continuous reform and development of undergraduate education in China,teachers are also put forward higher requirements.How to deal with this challenge,one of the fundamental way is to help college teachers to achieve professional growth,and promote the formation of a large quantity of future Master Teacher."Master Teacher" is the abbreviation of gainer of "Award of Master Teacher in Universities".Master Teacher in universities is the leader of teachers staff,study their personal experience of professional growth can provide a reference for young teachers,therefore,this study takes three national Master Teachers in Universities as the case,through investigating Master Teachers' professional growth process,studying on the influence of teacher professional growth factors and path,so as to get inspiration and summed up the useful experience of teacher growth.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it clarifies the connotation of Master Teacher and teachers' professional growth,and then introduces the research ideas and process of this paper.Finally,makes a summary of the existing research results,to build theoretical foundation for this study.The second chapter mainly describes the growth process of three Master Teachers,the growth including establishing belief,expanding knowledge,enhance the ability(including teaching and Research),teacher morality as well as interpersonal communication.The third chapter discusses the influencing factors of teacher professional growth,the internal cause is the key,including personality,personal experiences and personal behavior factors;external factors are mutual support,including the support of the school,group cooperation,key events and the important role of others.The fourth chapter analyzes the ways of professional growth of Master Teachers from the perspective of independent growth and objective formation in two aspects.The fifth chapter is the conclusions and deficiencies of this study,summarizing the main contents of the article,reflecting on the inadequacies of the article.
