In recent years,as national attention to the development of higher vocational colleges,the "double type" teachers team construction is increasingly highlighted."On deepening the reform of the new age teachers team construction comprehensive opinions of teachers team construction is put forward to Shi Ce" classification ","double type" teachers training,management has made a certain degree of regulation.Higher vocational colleges is the first of the development of teacher's training,especially the "double type" teachers,their professional development level and living conditions directly affect the quality and level of education in higher vocational colleges.Concerned about the life of "double type" teachers,pay attention to the life history of the "double type" teachers with professional development,to promote the "double type" teachers' professional growth as well as the "double type" teachers team construction has important significance.Based on a "double type"teachers in higher vocational colleges C teacher as the research object,the main research methods such as interviews,observation,content analysis,through the case study,tries to clarify from the Angle of view of the life in higher vocational colleges "double division type" the influence factors of teachers' professional development,on the basis of the study put forward the corresponding "double type" teachers' professional development strategy.This study is divided into the following five parts:The first.research background,current situation and research significance of colleges.Through the analysis of related literature,the academic circle seldom focus on higher vocational colleges from the Angle of life "double type" teachers' professional development,and ignores the other social role as the main body of teacher professional development,therefore,this study based on life cycle,discusses influence of "double type" teachers' professional growth factors.The second study was designed.According to the needs of the research perspective,this research is determined as a case study method,and the representative research objects are selected,and the methods of data collection and the arrangementof the research process are determined.The third part presents the case.Through to the C teacher case,from the aspects of family life,professional life two big,presents a series of events,which affect the C teacher professional development and teacher C for their own professional development efforts.The fourth part analyzes the factors.Based on the information presented in the third part,the fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of teacher C's professional growth from two aspects: the internal factors of teacher C and the external factors related to life.Draw,key,key events and teachers' personal quality,moral quality,professional spirit,personal habits)in the "double division type" plays an important role in the process of teachers' professional development.Part five revelation and reflection.According to the C case study of teacher professional development,mainly from the teacher individual internal factors suggest growth,play to the initiative of the teachers,pay attention to teachers' individual learning enthusiasm,persistence,and the training of teachers' professional spirit.This paper summarizes the shortcomings and limitations of this study from with a view to providing useful inspirations and Suggestions for the professional growth of individual "double teacher" teachers in higher vocational colleges.
