Research On The Development Of Innovation Entrepreneurial Education Of GQ Indepent School

With the competition pressure becoming increasingly fierce in society,the students from Independent College choose to start their own business after graduation.When looking for jobs,most of the students,with an air of thinking themselves above the business,are too choosy to find a proper job.Moreover,with the competitions from the unemployed graduates in the previous years and social surplus labors,it is doubly difficult for the graduates to find themselves a suitable job.While the college graduates,as the main force of national development and the group entertaining most entrepreneurship,should play an important role in transforming employment ideas.In this aspect,a new task has been brought up for GQ College in its course of development and reformation—figure out how to carry out entrepreneurship education research in terms of GQ College students,stimulate college students' spirit for entrepreneurship and improve their entrepreneurial abilities.This is not only the education responsibilities which should be undertook by GQ College,but also the initiatives carried to respond to the government's call.This thesis takes the innovation and career education in GQ college as research subject.By analyzing the development process both abroad and inland,it can be concluded that it's urgent and imperative to give such lessons in independent colleges which has great theoretical and realistic significance.In recent years,GQ Independent College has involved many student communist members and inspired their innovation enthusiasm,which has promoted its full-coverage,systematization and specialization.Among different grades and majors,a developed mechanism has been formed with following four dimensions: guidance-support-capital supply-evaluation and feedback.Based on the above analysis,there are some problems such as the shortage of teachers and professional experience,few platforms and low students' qualities.Reasons are concretely analyzed and constructive countermeasures are put forward.Thus the purpose of innovation and career education will finally be achieved,which is to improve students' qualities.
