| The teacher is the main body of the classroom teaching activities,and the normative,reasonable and effective teaching behavior will directly affect the quality of classroom teaching.At present,Henan province has many colleges and universities in recruiting and training students majoring in basketball,basketball teachers,and they are becoming mature and stable in the long process of development,but few experts and scholars to study and evaluate the teaching system behavior of these teachers,not only to understand the current situation of Basketball Teaching behavior in colleges and universities in Henan Province,also can not accurately grasp the existing problems and the measures should be taken.On the “research in Colleges and universities of Henan Province Basketball Teachers’ teaching behavior” as the subject,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,On the basis of a detailed discussion of the concept of teaching behavior and the questionnaire of College Basketball Teachers’ teaching behavior,systematically analyzes the teaching behavior of college basketball in Henan Province special teachers,and summarized the existing problems and the measures should be taken.Specifically,the main conclusions are as follows:First,from basketball special teachers teaching behavior questionnaire survey in the found,students assessment taught row in first bit of is "often";second is "always",again is "occasionally",row in last of is "never",which description Henan province University basketball special teachers guideline correct,and teaching target clear,and both conducive to students sports quality of training and lifelong sports target of achieved,and both has teaching quality and made has better teaching effect and feedback.Second,Henan province college basketball teachers can effectively use demonstration,giving examples,prompt,to training students to understand the connotation and application of basketball technology,cultivating students’ learning strategies and problem-solving ability,can accurately and effectively regulate demonstration action with the action of explanation and demonstration,can motivate students to think actively and give feedback to students in time,also can timely pointed out that students mistakes to solve students according to the object error action can be tightly centers on the teaching goal,use high quality teaching to attract students.Third,the current Henan province college basketball teachers’ teaching behavior has series of shortcomings,including teaching fluency and accuracy,low participation of students,not encourage students to participate in the discussion of teaching behavior is enough,the lack of specific teaching methods,lack of flexibility,lack of harmonious teaching environment,no enough support teaching behavior,unable to quickly focus on students attention.In view of the problems existing in the teaching behavior of college basketball special teachers in Henan Province,the following improvement measures are put forward :First,Henan province college basketball teachers correct guiding ideology,teaching goal clear,which is beneficial to the realization of the cultivation of College Students’ physical quality and lifelong physical education goals,and the quality of teaching and achieved good teaching effect and feedback.Second,Henan province college basketball teachers should deepen the understanding of “guide students to participate in the discussion” of the teaching behavior in multi value,according to the teaching object,teaching content,choose the right time,the right content,the right way to guide students to participate in the discussion,accurately found problems in the process of training the students,points out problems and timely give specific solutions for the slow progress of students learning,then develop suitable teaching methods.Third,Henan province college basketball teachers should combine the characteristics of teaching objects and the teaching content of each section,from the whole lesson required by the main teaching methods,can foresee the possible problems in the teaching process,thus advance to adjust teaching methods to prepare during the teaching process,according to the students’ interest in learning,learning progress,learning effect,to adjust teaching methods to adapt.Fourth,Henan province college basketball teachers should define the teaching aids in the form of a clear understanding of the actual value of all kinds of teaching means,purpose and plan,and the application of teaching aids,also carefully observe the status of students,through language tips,mood improving and interest into the contents of the set,to encourage students to rapidly improve attention. |
