In the background of new curriculum reform,knowledge and skills,process and methods,emotional attitude and values have been put forward as the new course object and have a great effect on middle school history teaching.However,these goals were not taken seriously in practical teaching,due to kinds of factors,such as difficult to control course object,the pressure of college entrance examination.In fact,middle school history teaching is more addicted to knowledge and ability and far away from basic ideas of the new curriculum reform.This research focus on national test paper in history after the new curriculum reform(total 12 sets in seven years).There are three points: question type;the proportion of emotion,attitude and values;the testing center of emotion,attitude and values.It proves that history in NMT papers is more concern about emotion,attitude and values.Meanwhile,this test mainly include three characteristics as follow: valuing student's comprehensive quality,strong sense of state's will and concerning about reality.That reflects a dis junction between middle school history teaching and the question of College Entrance Exam.On one hand,practical teaching pay little attention on emotion,attitude and value.On the other hand,emotion,attitude and value are important in college entrance examination.These problems would not only affect the students' achievement in college entrance examination but also do harm to students' comprehensive quality and positive values.It requires that history teaching in middle school pay attention to cultivate student's emotion,attitude and values and concern about reality.And the college entrance examination should adjust the testing structure on emotion,attitude and values.Emotion,attitude and values are the soul of history teaching and closely related to student's development,the effect of new curriculum reform and the future of this country.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to adopt a series measures.For example,promoting the reform of college entrance examination system;adjusting history knowledge testing structure in college entrance examination;changing educational evaluation system;valuing the cooperation of family education,social education and school education;improving the quality of school history education.
