The fall of 2006, under the new curriculum reform comprehensive promotion's background, there is growing recognition about the importance and urgency of reform of education and teaching evaluation. Reform of College entrance examination is urgently needed. Whether the reform of College entrance examination adapt to or promote the history teaching reform of high school or not has become the key to success of curriculum reform. This paper will focus on reform of the College Entrance Examination test item and the reform of history teaching in depth.The first part:has summarized the subject matter which the research background and the significance, the domestic and international research's survey and this article study.The second part:the main part of the paper, the last three decades has seen the change of the College Entrance Examination test item. Study it so as to make a reasonable proposal for the reform of test item and the reform of high school education.The third part:the study of history teaching function, the function of college entrance examination of history and the function of the history test item of college entrance examination. By studying all the concepts to explore whether the history test item of college entrance examination today has been able to test the function of the history teaching, and what effort needs to be done with the history test item to test the function of the history teaching.
