Teaching supervision is an important guarantee of implementing the Party's educational policy and educational laws and regulations in institutions at all levels, as well as an important system for promoting the prosperous development of education in China. In this context,China needs to improve the teaching supervision system of higher educational institutions,fully implement teaching supervision and truly effectively promote the progress of educational reform. The implementation of the teaching supervision system proves to have achieved certain effects in practice, but there are still some problems and contradictions in its design and operation.This paper focuses on studying the teaching supervision system of H University,especially the satisfaction with the teaching supervision system of the university. The study is mainly carried out with the methods of questionnaire surveys and interview analysis. Through the study, it is found that supervisors mainly lay emphasis on finding problems and checking to see if there are defects, but tend to neglect the importance of giving solutions and countermeasures; relevant rules and regulations lag behind,and there is no complete scientific index system for the content of supervision; supervision training mainly relies on self-study and lectures, easily resulting in the theoretical and superficial tendency of training content; the improper arrangement of supervision on special disciplines causes some teachers to doubt the effect of supervision. The problems mentioned above hinder some supervisors from giving full play to their roles in supervision and impact the effect of implementing the supervision system. In the end of the paper, it is proposed how to improve the satisfaction with the teaching supervision system of H University, which provides a reference for H University to establish an operation system for the teaching supervision system, and further enriches the theoretical framework of teaching supervision.
