As a contemporary trend of the development of international education, inclusive education provides new opportunities for special education and general education, but also great challenges for them. At present, the research on inclusive education in our country is still in its infancy,with imperfection of relevant laws and regulations,especially for the autistic children in inclusive preschool education. Compared with inland cities, coastal cities are more superior about the inclusive education on autistic preschool children. As a less developed province, Heilongjiang is also development lagging in this aspect. The relevant data show that the number of autistic children has increased year by year. Therefore, the inclusive education on autistic preschool children will become an important part of the inclusive education of special preschool children. As a big agricultural province, our province exist some deficiencies, such as the lack of related laws, regulations, support policies, funds,professional guidance for teachers and the training for college teachers, which restrict the development of the teachers of inclusive education. An obvious issue is that the speed of the development of inclusive education on autistic preschool children is slow, most of which are the form,but not the essence. Evidently,the teachers are an important part of the "inclusive education", so their related teachers'professional level,special education teachers' training in normal college and their attitudes will affect the quality of the inclusive education. But at present the teachers who have good professional attitude and professional quality on inclusive education in our province are few. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to discuss the current situation of the teachers of the autistic preschool children in inclusive education and the special major on professional training in normal college, and according to these problems, put forward some methods in order to promote the related teachers' professional level and the talent training of colleges, which maybe a reference for inclusive education.
