In recent years,with the development of preschool integration education in China,the number of children with autism who have entered the ordinary kindergartens has gradually increased.Due to differences in autistic children and other disabled children,not only are there lack of social skills,but they are often accompanied by obvious behavioral problems.For children with autism,there are still huge challenges when they are integrated into ordinary kindergartens.Many children with autism can't adapt to the teaching environment of the campus after they enter ordinary kindergartens.They disrupt classroom discipline,and the lessons are hard to learn,often outside the classroom.And because of language and social barriers,children with autism are prone to conflict with classmates or ignored by classmates.They are difficult to integrate into campus life,and examples of being persuaded by schools are everywhere.Therefore,thinking about what problems autistic children encounter in ordinary kindergartens,how to help autistic children solve these problems through social work intervention,and promote their better integration into campus life,has become an urgent problem for social workers.The social worker have learned about the current campus integration status of J kindergarten children with autism through participant observation and interviewing method.It is found that autistic children have a series of problems such as disturbing classroom discipline,low class participation,and lack of interaction with classmates.Using ecological system theory,the author explores the causes of these problems,starting with the autistic children themselves and the various systems in their environment.The analysis found that classroom interference behavior is due to the defects of autistic children's own cognition and the teachers lack the relevant professional knowledge.The lack of interaction between autistic children and classmates is influenced by the teacher's guidance,parental guidance,and communication and social characteristics of autistic children.The social worker uses the autistic children Tang and Yan in J Kindergarten as a service target,and uses case work,group work and community work methods to help children with autism solve problems encountered in campus integration.On the one hand,through the use of the DTT,token money,social story and other methods to intervene in the case of autistic children Tang and Yan.Thereby controlling and reducing the frequency of classroom interference behaviors in Tang,increasing the frequency of interaction between Tang and classmates.Meanwhile Han's classroom participation and self-expression frequency has also been increased.On the other hand,through the organization of group activities for special children's families and ordinary children's families.Eliminating common misconceptions parents of children of Tang,Han and other children with special needs and promoting the development of special children and ordinary children.At the same time,using community work methods to create a better preschool integration education environment for autistic children,to help them solve the problems encountered in the campus integration process.
