The purpose of this study is to explore how the inclusion of autistic kindergarten early childhood education and related support needs, and build support from the school-based system, the promotion of autistic children at the kindergarten in better learning and living.In order to achieve the above purpose, this study used action research approach to the 15th, Zhongshan District, Dalian three large classes of kindergarten children for the study of autism, cases of teachers and parents through a questionnaire survey, the case of teachers and parents of young children in large classes of ordinary interviews, know the case of education and related support needs of the support system for the construction, including the three programs of action: First, educational placement and guidance; two, special education advocacy; three, environmental arrangements. System solutions in support of the implementation process, to reflect on and adjust the program. And after the operations support system of action programs, the inclusion of case study of kindergarten autistic child check, the case of teachers and parents to support the implementation of the system operations program assessment and interviews, in order to understand the construct of this study support the effectiveness of the system. The results showed that the effectiveness of support systems: (1) support system to meet the case of education and related support needs; (2) support system available to the number of cases of effective natural support; (3) to support the system effectively solve the general class teacher the problems; (4) cases of teachers and parents on the support system are satisfied with the services.Finally, based on the conclusions of kindergarten, parents and government departments accordingly,pointing out the limit of this study, this study is based on a large class of three kindergarten children for autism research, and build to meet their education and related support necessary to facilitate the support system at the kindergarten in their study and living, there will be geographical differences with the school, the inference, therefore need to be cautious in the application of research findings.
