Autism belongs to the category of special children.Inclusive education in kindergartens is an important way to protect the right of preschool special children to education.In order to understand the current situation of the inclusive education of autistic children in kindergartens in Chongqing,this article takes the theory of educational equity,inclusive education and individualized education as the theoretical basis,selecting the private integrated kindergarten-Y kindergarten in Chongqing as the reserch object,using observation method and interview method,supplemented by content analysis method to investigates the inclusive education current situation of Y kindergarten.Firstly,this study analyzes the condition of the inclusive education environment and inclusive care and education activities provided by Y kindergarten for autistic children.Secondly,it summarizes the existing problems in Y kindergarten and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Finally,putting forward some practical suggestions from the perspective of the government,kindergarten,teachers and parents to improve the integrated education of autistic children in Y kindergarten.The survey results show: Y kindergarten provides a harmonious psychological environment for autistic children,and constantly explores and formulates a stable autistic child enrollment and management system and teacher salary and management system.In daily life activities,teachers and caregivers conducted corresponding life education and guidance to autistic children.In the game activities,teachers designed some indoor games and outdoor games based on the needs of autistic children.However,Y kindergarten still has the following problems in the process of carrying out intclusive education.Firstly,the kindergarten lacks the hardware facilities and equipment necessary for the inclusive education of autistic children.Secondly,there is a shortage of professional teachers in kindergartens and the distribution of autistic children’s classes is uneven.Thirdly,the teacher training system for inclusive education is not perfect.Furthermore,the teachers are short of professional inclusive education concepts,knowledge and skills.Last but not least,the existing early inclusive education and teaching activities can not meet the development needs of autistic children.There aremany reasons for the problem.The current implementation of relevant government policies is not in place,resulting in the slow development of inclusive education.The kindergarten has limited conditions for running,the funds are insufficient,and lack of a systematic education plan and comprehensive support system for autistic children.Teachers are facing huge work pressure,which leads them to ignore the individualized development needs of autistic children.In addition,teachers and parents have differences in education concepts for autistic children,which leads their cooperation is not smooth.The different positions of teachers and therapists of autistic children lead to poor communication and cooperation between them.This article put forward following practical suggestions.First of all,the government should formulate and improve regulations and policies;increasig financial investment;establishing a professional tour guide team for the inclusive education of autistic children;and Strengthen the social propaganda of early inclusive education concept.Secondly,the kindergarten should rationally regulate and allocate the number of autistic children in each class;adjusting the early integration of childcare activities according to the educational needs of autistic children;introducing professionals in the field of autistic children’s education;strengthen the professionalism of teachers of autistic children’s integrated education Training;building a multi-participation autistic children inclusive education support system.Thirdly,teachers should establish a correct concept of inclusive education;improving their professional knowledge and skills of integrated education for autistic children through learning;strengthening individualized education guidance for autistic children;strengthening the communication and cooperation with parents and therapists.Finally,parents should establish a correct parenting concept;cooperating with teachers to carry out family training and education actively;through the generalization of social interaction activities to improve the effect of inclusive education for children with autism.
