Research On The Practical Training Base Construction In Automobile Mending Major Of Secondary Vocational Schools

Although the automobile application and mending major of secondary vocational schools transported a large number of talents who have strong technique for the automobile mending industry,in the new form,the construction of the automoblie mending major of secondary vocational schools still has a big gap of between the development of the automotive technology and the automobile mending industry.This paper will find out the problems during the major construction with a case of constructing the automobile application and maintenance major in Yuanhuan Second Vocational School,investigating and studying the auto repair industry employing units,the professional teachers and the garaduates and students respectivedly through the production of questionnaire,and looking for solutions to these problems actively after layers of analysis.This paper consists of the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.It will set forth the purpose and significance of the topic,and will sum up and review a large number of domestic and foreign research literature to determine the ideas and methods of this study.The introduction part mainly lay the foundation for the following research.The second part is the necessity and theoretical basis of the construction of the automobile application and maintenance major.Proposing the necessity of the construction of this major putting forward the theoretical basis from the urgently demand of the construction during the industry development and the problems in the construction of this major which provide the theoretical basis for the research of the later thesis.The third part is the analysis of the present situation and the effect investigation of the construction of the automobile application and mending major.This paper analyzes the present conditions of the major construction from the aspects of talent training target and model,professional courses construction,teacher team construction,professional base construction and professional evaluation.And the questionnaire was sent to the auto repair industry employing units,teachers and students to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis,laying the foundation for the next research.The fourth part is the induction and reason analysis of the problems in the construction of the automobile application and maintenance of major of second vocational schools.Through the survey of questionnaire,summed up following five problems of Yuhuan second vocational school automobile application and mending major construction : the goal of personnel training and job needs are incompatible,teaching content and the development of automotive technology are incompatible,the lack of teacher team's construction,the "stamina" of teachers' development,the lag of the major bases' construction so that the practical operation ability of students are affected,the effect of professional evaluation mechanism is not good,and the power system of major development is weak.The author analyzed these reasons from the social macro environment level,school level,teacher level and student leve.The fifth part is the countermeasure research on the construction of the automobile application and mending major of second vocational school which is the focus of this paper.The author will propose five countermeasures on major construction from the following aspects:the innovation of talent training objectives and model,the innovation of the curriculum and teaching,the construction of teacher team,the cooperation between school and enterprise and the training base construction,to make some contributions to the automobile application and mending major construction of Yuhuan second vocational school.
