Research On The Practical Training Base Constructionin Automobile Mending Major Of Secondary Vocational Schools

Practical training base construction is an important platform where students of the automobile mending major in secondary vocational schools are cultivated to grasp vocational skills and much-needed social personnel with high-skilled auto repair are created.However,there are still many problems in the practical training base of the automobile mending major in secondary vocational schools,and they cannot serve the economic construction well.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the construction of practical training base of the automobile application and maintenance major in secondary vocational schools in the current stage.In this study,the literature research method,the case study method,the questionnaire survey method,the data statistical method and other research methods are used,combined with theories of the construction of practical training base of the automobile application and maintenance major in secondary vocational schools,such as "situation learning ",“modern apprenticeship" and "constructivism",with a case study of the practical training base of the automobile application and maintenance major in the second secondary vocational school in YuanhuanSecond Vocational School.,through understanding the status quo of the practice training base,the development direction of the industry is analyzed,and the problems of the practical training base are put forward,and appropriate countermeasures are taken to study,to promote thestandardized and orderly construction of the practical training base,providing a reference for the construction of the practical training base of the automobile application and maintenance major in the second secondary vocational school.Three parts: introduction,text and conclusion constitute this paper,and the text carries out the discussion from four aspects.1.The introduction mainly includes the research background,the research purpose and the significance of this paper,and summarizes the related literature,at the end,elaborating the research method and the thought.2.The review of the training baseconstruction of the automobile mending major in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,the relevant concepts of the training base inYuanhuan secondary vocational school sare defined;secondly,the necessity of the construction of the training base is put forward from being helpful to meet the teaching practical training,implement the skill target management,explore the training teaching in the simulated enterprise environment,realize the seamless connection with the enterprise skill,improve theradiation function of technical services of the training base and to promote the construction and improvement of school professional groups.And the theoretical basis of this paper is put forward again.3.YuanhuanSecond Vocational School analysis of the training base construction of auto repair in secondary vocational schools.First of all,with the method of data investigation,analyze the development prospects of the global,domestic automotive industry,as well as those in Taizhou and Yuhuan;then,introduce the general situation of the training base of the automobile mending major of the second vocational school in Yuhuan County.In the end,expound the achievement of the training base construction of the automobile mending major of the second vocational school in YuanhuanSecond Vocational School.4YuanhuanSecond Vocational School investigates and analysis of of the practical training base for the automobile mending major.Firstly,the result of the the practical training base.The countermeasures are to solve the existing issues in the construction of the practical training base of the second vocational technical school in YuanhuanSecond Vocational School.Respectively,the teaching mode in the practical training base of the secondary vocational schools should be improved;the development of the digitized resources should be promoted rapidly;the equipment and facilities of the practical training base should be completely optimize;the development of teaching staff of the automobile mending major of the secondary vocational schools should be more complete;the talents training scale of the automobile mending major of the secondary vocational schools should be expanded;the radiation function of the social services of the practical training base should be further developed;the study on the Internet + Auto market of the practical training base should be carried out.In this paper,the effective countermeasures were provided based on the above 7 aspects.Concluding marks: stressed the purpose of this paperonce again,summarized the construction repair training base of the effectiveness and the direction of future research,because,the process of implementation may meet various troubles.therefore,the research program is not perfect,then need to constantly explore and study in the future work.
