Research On College Resources Serving The Community Education For The Elderly

By the end of 2015,the population of China which is over 60 years old has been more than 200 million,accounting for about 160%of the total population.With the advent of aging society,problems of aging aroused widespread concern in the society.However,the rapid aging trend of our population is associated with the rapid development of our industrialization.And the whole society,including the welfare system,has no sufficient intellectual and material preparation for the aging trend.In an aging society,one of our goal is to let the elderly raised.From the perspective of pedagogy,the problem of aged people's education should be paid attention to.But the medium keep reporting the situation that the problem of lacking resources in community is very normal and general,with which are hard to deal by only the efforts of the government.This problem is very urgent to be solved.As an area rich of educational resources,colleges and universities have the responsibility to serve the surrounding community.This article will show how to serve the education of the elderly in the community better from the perspective of availability of university resources.This article contains four parts:The first part is an introduction.It includes the contents of the research background,significance of this paper,research methods and related research achievements at home and abroad.This article reviews papers delivered by other researchers from the view elderly education,college elderly education and college resources to sort out the relevant areas of research results,providing reference and reflection for this article.The second part is an analysis of the feasibility and practicality of making university resources service the community education for the elderly.This part discusses the problem from three aspects:Firstly,it analyzed the problem of lacking community resources and its negative impact of multi-dimensional analysis.Secondly,it analyzed the feasibility of college resources that service the community education for the elderly in the perspective of learning society and on the basis of resource allocation.Thirdly,it discussed the possibility of serving community education.The third part is an investigation.By the combination use of questionnaires and interviews,this paper,in the third part,contains an investigation of the current situation and analysis of the constraints of the elderly education of resources in Hangzhou Community.The fourth part was written based on the theoretical analysis and practical research above,which is a research,focusing on the current problems of elderly education in the community.In this paper,we try to find a solution from aspects of concept cognition,service mechanism,team building and policies.
