With the increasing demand for high-quality and high-quality teachers in our country,the professional accreditation of teachers which guarantees the quality of teacher education personnel training has been fully implemented in China.As the frontier position of training future teachers,normal universities should pay more attention to teacher education.They should take the lead in implementing national policies and guidelines,actively follow professional accreditation standards.The curriculum is the key to teacher education in normal universities,The teacher education curriculum is the carrier of talent training objectives,reform the teacher education curriculum to meet the professional accreditation standards and enhances the professional quality of the teaching stuff from the source.Firstly,based on literature analysis and reading a large number of relevant documents,this study combines Posner's curriculum analysis theory,humanistic curriculum theory and post-modern curriculum theory to objectively defines the core concepts of professional accreditation and teacher education curriculum.At the same time,this study elaborates the specific requirements of professional accreditation standards for teacher education curriculum.Secondly,the study select five undergraduate universities in Jiangxi Province and use content analysis method to analyze and interpret the newly revised training program of Chinese Language and Literature(teacher direction),combining with the interviews with normal students to obtain the current situation of teacher education curriculum in curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.On this basis,one of the universities is selected as a sample to investigate the normal students' views and attitudes towards the current teacher education curriculum to test and support the analysis results of training programs,and further pointed out the problems in the teacher education curriculum from the perspective of professional accreditation.Finally,in view of the current situation and problems,the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the reform of teacher education curriculum,in order to meet the professional accreditation standards,train more future teachers to meet social needs and realize the responsibility and mission of normal universities.The study finds that the teacher education curriculum in normal universities of Jiangxi Province meets the professional accreditation standards in terms of credits and hours,but there are still many problems at the curriculum level and it has not really met the professional accreditation standards.Specifically performance as follows: In curriculum objectives,emphasizing knowledge and skills,the teacher's morality training objectives is generalized,lack of professional emotional training;In curriculum content,the outdated curriculum lacks vitality and is far away from the actual needs of students and has little effect on educational practice;In curriculum implementation,the methods is backward and the student's subjective consciousness is weak.In curriculum evaluation,confined to standards,the evaluation subject is single and the result is objective.In response to the above problems,this study proposes relevant recommendations on the basis of professional accreditation standards.First,universities should improve their curriculum objectives on the basis of graduation requirements;second,universities should take output as the guidance and optimize the curriculum content;third,universities should focus on students and innovate curriculum implementation;fourth,universities should adjust curriculum evaluation on the principle of continuous improvement.
