With the development of social economy and the deepening of the process of democratization of education,it is urgent to reform theeducation diffluent mechanism of high school.This is related to the fact that most of our region is still in the middle level of economic development.This is also closely related to the demand of talent structure for high school education in China.It is also directly linked to the current individual selectivity which has been depreciated during the process of high school education diffluent.With the help of the theory of institutional change of the new institutional economics,this paper takes the high schooleducation diffluent mechanism in China as the research object.From perspectives of promoting the induced change and the selectivity of the high school education diffluent mechanism in China,this paper uses methods of literature analysis,the theoretical analysis and the comparative analysis,in order to analyze three main subjects in current education diffluent which include students and families,schools,and the government and education administrative departments.After analyzing the three main subjects' influence on different values and interest demands which are supplied by the government,three factors are found to hinder the induced change and the selectivity of the high school education diffluent mechanismin China.And the factors include the lag of the supply of the relevant system,the existence of the path dependence of the value orientation and the poor operation of the diffluent mechanism.Aiming at these three obstructive factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of appreciating development patterns of high school education diffluent mechanism in China and abroad,in order to balance the interests of different stakeholders by using newly reformed mechanism,and to guide and promote the induced change and the selectivity of the high school education diffluent mechanism in China.In the aspect of subject guidance,waking up the subject consciousness and encouraging multiple participation are necessary.In the aspect of implementation strategy,the construction of secondary diffluent and a fault-tolerant mechanismcould be built,and the selectivity should be increased.As to the dynamic mechanism,methods of reducing the transaction costs of the diffluent mechanism of high school in weak economic areas and improving a support system for high school vulnerable groups are suggested.And in the aspect of safeguard measures,a rational guidance of the intention of individual diffluent and the rationalization of diffluent selection are beneficial.
