In modern society, the flow of talent has become more and more common, and even in a sense, it can be said to be one of the signs of social progress. The reasons for the flow of talent are caused by many factors, which may involve individuals, families, units and society. With the flow of talent of the tide,China's rural primary school teachers are increasingly frequent flow, the flow direction is mainly from rural to urban primary school primary school and flows from underdeveloped areas to developed areas of the flow. Therefore, the rural primary school teachers flow is a worthy of attention and research problems, existing problems and causes analysis and countermeasure research on current situation, the flow of rural primary school teachers, not only conducive to optimizing the allocation of teacher resources, realize the education fair education in urban and rural areas, but also has realistic and far-reaching significance for schools and education authorities.This study is mainly based on the following objectives: first, to Henan in a rural area as an example, through questionnaires and interviews, understand the flow of rural primary school teachers' status and potential flow, including: the main direction of teacher flow, teacher flow attitude, the main groups of teacher flow, main causes of rural school teachers to cities the school,as well as the influence of rural school teachers to urban schools the key factors. Second, through the case analysis and selection,understand the existing problems and the reasons of the flow of rural primary school teachers, single imbalance of the floating population, mainly including teachers flow,flow causes the diversity, flow management and teachers engaged in passive rural education out of control; and the reasons mainly include environmental factors, education policy factors, economic factors, management factors and personal factors. Third,through the analysis of the flow of rural primary school teachers in a rural area of Henan,we try to find out the Countermeasures for the reasonable flow of rural primary school teachers, and try to change the current irrational situation.To sum up, the flow of rural teachers involved in all aspects of the reason, it includes environmental factors, education policy factors, economic factors, management factors and personal factors and so on, the frequent flow of teachers make a weak teachers in rural schools is not conducive to the development of students' academic one disaster after another, the increasing inequality of education. Therefore, the whole society should pay attention to and solve the problem of rural teachers' flow.
